If you put in a sim card that doesn't have a data plan, it won't make you set up a blur account. Cons: Mine arrived and was also missing the sd card and headset. The package clearly stated that a headset and memory card are both included. Neither is my package. 2. This uses an older version of Android (2.1), but I know this before placing my order. I was disappointed there is no easy way to turn off cellular data (so that I can only use WIFI for data). The phone OS is packaged for a Latin America provider and loaded with software for that market. Also the bootloader is not accessable so you cannot uninstall these features. works with ATT fine but has isues if you want to streamline the OS 1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
