3 out of 5 eggsDoesn't work on AT&T anymore

Pros: Nice phone. Older phone but works well so far for price.

Cons: AT&T wasn't able to enable the data for my phone. After the AT&T rep called their technical support and worked with it for an hour, I was told that they could NOT give it an APN and the representative removed my data plan.

Other Thoughts: Wifi works so it's still usable, just be willing to risk the lack of 3G.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor battery life!

Pros: The phone is cheap as an entry level phone.

Cons: The battery life on this phone is poor, if you read other people complaining about it, its true. Just running the phone on the basic services with no apps installed, you will only get about 24 hours of battery life. If you install a lot of apps, it will last a couple hours during use.
This sort of makes the phone useless if you travel or do not want to charge it every 24 hours on regular use. The screen size is hard to use with due to it being so small.

1 out of 5 eggsSony Ericson, Xperia phones

Pros: No pros.

Poor, not upgradeable to new flash player, which eliminates 30% of web pages.
Too many bugs, i.e malfunctions.
Go to Motorola Atrix, especially with AT&T.

Poor product support.

Cons: Don't buy Sony Ericson Xperia phones!.

Power plug weak, screen scratches too easily.
Too many glitches.
Have to re-log on after each call ends.

Try to get a phone that does NOT.
require a "Google", account.

,Do not link your phone to anything Google.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Phone

Pros: * decent build quality
* nice display
* responsive touch screen
* good battery life
* loud and clear call quality
* easy to use wifi and usb
* great mp3 player

Cons: *could use more internal memory for running concurrent aps
* recorded image quality is dark (no flash)

Other Thoughts: I try to avoid carrier contracts and go with unlocked phones. The X8 is about a year old, but it doesn't seem too outdated, especially considering the price. Does everything I need it to do.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat unlocked phone for the $

Pros: -Andorid for the price
-Highly supported for rooting
-Comes with warranty , decent camera.
-Like most of Sony Ericson stuff, audio is done great. headphones that come with sound good, but with pair of skull candy this thing bangs
*Supports At&t 3g.faster then iphone 3gs in speed test
f-eels like more premium for plastic
-good speeds for the$

Cons: Screen is TINY. but you get used to it. compared to 4.3-4.5 inch screens this thing is midget but it for price its good.

no multi touch, browsing is only place that sucks because of no zoom in . you have to press bottons but you get used to it

battery is short if you download and browse too much on 3G.
i am just happy it has 3g support for At&t. it was the hardest thing to find.

Other Thoughts: If the screen was a bit bigger i would give it a 5. multitouch is lacking but i can live without it. i just didnt want to renew my contract.

there is a touch of of support for rooters from XDA. you can upgrade to ginger bread using basic tools.

i ran app. getting almost twice as fast speeds as iphone 3gs on same network, in same area.

the hardest part was to find a phone that cost under 200 and has at&t 3g support. I didnt want to upgrade until LTE was deployed. this phone worked out.

almost a perfect phone if it had multitouch and bigger screen. but that is why its 150 bucks and its made by decent brand.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Small
Came with 3 different color case

Cons: The screen doesn't have multi-touch
Screen too small
Battery life lasts half day or less if you have wireless network on
Too slow

Other Thoughts: I bought this phone when it just came out. I asked a frd from Hong Kong to fedex the phone to me. It costed around US $300 or a little more. The X8 was my first android phone and i liked the price (thought I like the price even more now -.-) and the size. But when i received the phone it feels very plastic and toy-ish. I didn't have wireless network back then and the battery was ok and it would last the whole day with very little usage and game play. But what I don't like about this phone is that it doesn't have multi-touch. I can't even zoom in when I play Angry Birds. And zooming while browsing the web is too slow. It also takes too much time to flip through the pages to open the app. Camera is just average. I really like the GPS though. So i give it 3 eggs.
