Pros: Stylish. When it works, everything is functional.
Cons: Sony's US customer service / repair center is a joke.
Other Thoughts: The good thing is its design. I really like its classic looking.
OK, this phone works well for several months. Then, its screen lock sensor stopped working. Not a big problem, but I wanted to fix it. Contact Sony's customer service and ship to their repair center (with my own cost) for warranty repair...
My nightmare started.....
Few weeks later, I received a completely broken phone with a note stated "cannot reproduce the problem". Sony's tech people cannot reproduct any problem on a phone which was completely broken. (I can only turn on the phone, but its touch screen was not functional at all). Then, I contact Sony's customer service and ship this phone back for repair again. As Sony's refuse to pay the shipping, I'll have to pay for the shipping out of my pocket again. You know what? After 2 weeks, I received the repaired phone with the same note "cannot reproduce the problem"... I can't believe it. What kind of technician sony hired in their repair center! They cannot find any problem on a completely broken phone. What a joke.
Same procedures going back and forth for 5 times (about $50 shipping paid), I finally gave up and recycled this phone. almost $600 lost.
Don't buy Sony's product any more... That's the lesson I learned from SONY!!!

Pros: I absolutely love this phone, its fast, great camera, and u can watch high def movies with the Micro HDMI port to hook up to your tv. The charger it comes with is a stand so the charger connection in the phone itself will always be there for the back up * so you never have to worry about wear and tear for the charge port when you charge it up*. I feel its a pretty lightweight phone. Graphics are awesome on it. Interface is very easy.
Cons: The battery life isnt GREAT but its ok, one day of about 150 texts at different occasions and playing a game for about an hour got me down to 50% battery life. That lasted one day for me.
Other Thoughts: all they need is a better battery and sell it in retail stores
