If you are bored with the typical Android look on the screen, Sony has done a good job crafting its own 'look' with the Android software. Mine immediately upgraded to the Ice Cream Sandwich version with no problems. Cons: My radio work requires me to do a few things with my phone most folks never would. While this is an unlocked GSM phone, and able to be used with AT&T, Consumer Cellular, etc. - I was annoyed with the remaining AT&T apps that were not removable - and likewise, typical Android settings that this AT&T build had hidden from me. Other Thoughts: I have this unit yet - it's a good phone for most folks. But I needed access to ALLl of the Android settings- so I went with a newer unlocked Samsung with many of the same hardware features as this Sony. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. If you are bored with the typical Android look on the screen, Sony has done a good job crafting its own 'look' with the Android software. Mine immediately upgraded to the Ice Cream Sandwich version with no problems.
