Me living with a large Family I NEED to be able to hear without having to constantly pull the headset off - the ear cups make my ear hot but that's a minor issue. Constantly crashed and rebooted and the phones vibration function stopped working after 3 days. Did a hard reset and couldn't get this phone to vibrate on texts, calls, haptic feedback.
