- Pros: Great at first I loved it
- Cons: Sim card errors all the time. After a short time about 3 months it is not working at all I have to take out the sim and the battery constantly it has become really slow. It mutes on its own. The scroll ball gets stuck and it starts clicking on everything on its own. And many other problems.
- Other Thoughts: I am really starting to hate me phone and black berry actually charges for tech support. So my advice....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE. SAVE YOUR SELF THE

Great Phone
- Pros: Easy to use, great functionality, lightweight
- Cons: Battery life
- Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm very satisfied with this phone. I traded in my iPhone for the BB and was glad that I did. It has everything you'll need for personal or business use. I did find that setting up email (at least for gmail) was easier using the BIS than from the handset. My only issue with this phone is battery life, which is pretty poor. The battery is usually almost depleted by the time I go to bed. Even my iPhone would get me through two days.

- Pros: I got this phone just for the GPS instead of having a phone service that sucked. I got ATT it seems to be working fine. The service. But, the GPS WOW. Works awesome let you know if there is traffic or construction and how to get around it. I'm stoked.
- Cons: get it. Kinda a slow processor vs the competitor but, that's it
- Other Thoughts: sick phone, I don't like the pearl keyboard so I got this.
