Pros: Highly efficient for a BB, very user friendly, easy to setup, smooth applications running. Talking time before running out of battery is like 4 hours. Running on 3G networks, the internet and download image are fast, even downloading up to 25MB files are fast enough. The quality of pictures are as expected for a 3.2 MP camera, though it takes about 3 secs to take the pic, the reloading time takes about 2 seconds. The contacts, is the most efficient, just set it up, you can do almost whatever you want from it: emails, sms, mms, add to your messenger account, see where your contacts live (address must be added) using GPS navigator, even if you add the birthday of a friend, you will be reminded that day so your never forget their birthday again. The ability to set up 2 clocks in case of traveling.
Cons: Easy misspelling, due to keyboard lack of space between keys, but once get used to it, misspelling is less of a problem.
Other Thoughts: I have recommended it to friends. The neat part, just insert your sim card, from almost any carrier and you have a great phone and a great tool in your hands. Can add up to 32GB of external memory.

Pros: got the phone on time
Cons: phone box was open, phone had text messages and missed calls on it, phone also has issues not charging and unresponsive to my touch as menu button does not do what it used to do. now i got to return a phone, and be without a phone how long??? they must have not checked it before they shipped it or some one did not care.
Other Thoughts: if had i knew that the phone was refurbished i would not have bought it. but was listed in the new unlocked phones so i thought maybe new egg had it unlocked before i got it . i read up on the internet that it was a world phone so it is already unlocked .

Pros: Great price always found in Newegg. This nice touchsceen phone has great reception on GSM network. Better mp3 & video playing compare with Iphone, either work or without iTunes. Build-in GPS feature, easy to send/receive email & messages.
Cons: Wish I got mine in such great price ~~~
Other Thoughts: For people who might not a tech person like me. You might need to change network setting to GSM when you using At&t or T-Mobile.
Here are steps: 1. Press blackberry bottom to go to Manu Screen 2. Choose "Options" (found in last two row) 3. Choose "Mobile Network" 4. Change Network Technology drop-down list to "GSM/UMTS" 5. Then Network Mode appear, choose either choose "3G & 2G" or "2G" 6. You should be able to use the phone with AT&T or T-Mobile, and enjoy the storm power.
