When it works it works well
- Pros: Its kind of my fault for not doing my research on this phone, it looks great feels great in the hand the sound is ok, buttons feel good , great touch screen, great battery life, awsome bluetooth.....
- Cons: this thing suffers from the sleep mode bug, if you put the phone into sleep mode or it goes into it automatically, cross your fingers and hope it wakes up if someone calls you. I usually use my phone for my alarm clock well if it goes into standby or deep sleep, it might not wake up. It has happened more than a few times. The final straw was when my wife called and it went straight to voice mail because the phone was in sleep mode and did not ring. I can't have a phone that I have to wonder if the darn thing will ring or come out of sleep mode when someone calls. If you do call HTC and they cant recreate the problem you have to pay a fee....
- Other Thoughts: Needless to say I have ordered another phone from a different company

- Pros: Excellent appearance, works as advertised, built in stylus holder,
many aftermarket applications available.
- Cons: Battery should last longer if used daily, touch screen is very sensitive if in your pocket or holster, supplied anti scratch cover should be put on at factory.
- Other Thoughts: Many applications available at Spb Software House
