- Pros: HTC is a good company have had their phones before. They take a beating and that's why I actually looked atthis company.
As far as this phone goes--None
- Cons: 499.00 Phone that does not have any carrier in America support. It will work but one should look up the Egde network. There is no support for the phone so spend your money on a better phone. I made a mistake and I am now warning everyone not to do the same thing.
- Other Thoughts: While the other two fakes are trying to promote this phone one has to wonder where they are coming from with the hype. One mentions Win6.5which is not even fast. The other talks about 3g service is Europe when the phone does not support 3G at all. It's not in the mechanics so it should inform everyone these people either work for HTC and lyinh 2 you are they are just that you know. I did make a mistake ordering and thinking it would have 3G and I acept that but a crumpled box with two phones in it I have to blame the shipping. Regardless I can afford the loss although not happy. I suggest do not buy this phone as there are other alts that will be more finger friendly. If these guys owned this phone they would see that compared to even the Iphone which I hate, it don't stand a chance as far as getting to something or chking a message. Maybe 6.5 will make it a little faster but what use is it if you can not utilize the features in America? Mayb I should upload a video 2 prove it
It does suck when you do not have a clue...
- Pros: This phone is simply great. The best WM phone at the moment. HTC Leo is great but it is just too big.
- Cons: 3.5mm is still not implemented
- Other Thoughts: dmccrthy and "Tech Level: high" do not go in the same sentence. This is International version NOT NAM version. It is more than clearly stated. 3G is blazing fast in Europe. Frequencies in States are completely different and that is a well known fact. Your lack of knowledge is not Newegg's responsibility and fault. Next time do your due diligence..
Great phone
- Pros: Great phone - definitely upgrade the ROM to WinMo 6.5 - everything starts flying like crazy...
- Cons: None really...
- Other Thoughts: For the gentlemen below/above crying over chipped phone - it is not H-T-C's fault that you did not research regarding 3G connection and no one's fault is that you dropped it. Phone deserves 5 eggs vs your p**** attitude with 1 egg...
