(Correct quality for handfree call). - High power (battery) consumption. Have to recharge every day with good power management. Might be an issue for some pple. - Non removable battery - no SD Card (not a problem for me) - Do not expect update from HTC for more than a year... (based on their last phones). I really doubt it will not be updated to android 5 when it will be released by Google. - Many of those phone were deffective out of the box; wifi and Bluetooth issue, yellow spot on the screen, gps not accurate. refer to xda forum. I personally had the wifi antenna issue, repaired myself but require tech skills. - REALLY POOR costumer support from HTC, that is why I repaired the phone myself. - Official accessories way too expensive i.e. car dock, bluetooth car kit... look for 3rd party accessories or expect to spend an extra 150 for those. Other Thoughts: This is really a good phone but if you are the unlucky one and get a defective one, you are beggining a very long adventure with HTC repair center and... HTC Sense UI is good but some pple dislike it and prefer ''pure android'' UI. Make sure you know all the différences between both. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? Its very thin, comfortable in my Pocket even if it is 4.7 inches display. HSPA+ is very fast. Will be updated to Android Jelly Bean 4.1 soon. Cons: Had issue with my wifi antenna (I repaired by myself but required some tech skills) Battery is not removable and doesnt last very long, need good power management to be able to use it for the entire day. No SD card (but 32gb is enough for me), internal speaker not loud enough in my opinion. Full HTML webpage loaded even faster than my tablet. Cons: Having problem with its screen, yellow spot when it should display simply WHITE. First one I received had a yellow spot (0.5 cm * 0.5 cm) in right bottom corner, although it's not noticable, still annoyed. Requested RMA and received replacement in two weeks, but it didn't help. The 2nd one had an bigger yellow spot in the middle of top area (1.5cm * 0.5cm), and can be easily seen. Just sent it back and asked for refund. Did you find this review helpful?
