Pros: this is a great phone my son will love this

Cons: my son will love this phone for his birthday

Pros: Big screen , fast processor , connects to wifi fast. I really wanted to like this phone , for what it is and the price it would be a great deal , if it only got a signal.

Cons: The internal antenna is poor , so unless you live under a tower forget it , and you cannot make or receive calls or text over wifi. After spending hours with countless reps telling me to do the same stuff over and over , they decided it was defect , online chat with newegg , imediately sent replacement , samething. and I lost 1900 minutes somehow when transferring number and minutes. also only 2gigs of internal memory. I now have a phone that makes a nice 5inch tablet , but I already have a 7 inch Galaxy. It's of no use to me as a phone. So I bought the phone , a 16gb sd card , a case , accident replacement plan and transferred 5900 min that I can't use. I have a old lg tracfone right next to it .with full signal. Every rep checked signal for my location and it should be strong.

Other Thoughts: I have been a tracfone customer for twenty yrs, with 2 phones on a monthly acct. and have steadily seen the customer service go down hill. There suggestion to the problem is to just keep returning it to new egg ,and see if I get one that will work or they will exchange me the same phone , but not a different one , even one of lesser value. How does that benifit anyone? I tried to close my acct.with them and even that seems like it is going to be a hassle.

Pros: Easy to use, Does everything quick,Good size screen

Cons: 1. The new Android 4.4.2 operating system will not let you move Apps to the SD card!
2. The total storage space is only 2.06GB
3. To load music or pictures you must do so from a computer.
4. This phone could have been big competition for High End Phones

Other Thoughts: Even though I'm loving this phone, It's still the best smart Track one to date and better than my old LGL39C. I still recommend this phone to my friends because it gets the job done. If wasn't for the storage problem and not being able to move Apps to the SD card, the phone would have been a HOME RUN!!!

Pros: Great for older hands, simple easy functions.
