5 out of 5 eggsgot on sale, probably 9000mah

Pros: Good battery for the price I got it at, which was 15 dollars
2A output for fast charging my s5, which takes about 2 hours from 0-100
Very dense, solidly built, dropped it from about 4 feet up and it didn't break
Shorted it out a few times, the power button didn't work to show the charge for about 20 seconds and then it went back to working. Love that.

Cons: Probably 9000 or so mah, as it only charges my s5 3.5 times, and should charge it 4.8

2 out of 5 eggsProblems with 2 amp port

Pros: Solidly built with a good set of features.

Cons: Sadly, this charger has stopped charging a Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet via the Samsung specific cable for the device. This is happening on both the 1A and 2A ports and after only a few charge/discharge cycles. This makes me suspicious as to whether the 2A port is even putting out that level of amperage now, which I hope to test and report back on. Other reviewers indicated these types of problems, but I took a chance due to this charger getting better reviews than other devices with the same features. Got this on discount through a NewEgg promo and wouldn't have bought it otherwise due to the other reviews.

Other Thoughts: I handle my electronics carefully and this device has been treated with the same care. Can't recommend this product due to it's flaky performance. Only getting 2 eggs due to it's now limited usefulness.

1 out of 5 eggsNot a clean output

Pros: Charges phone quickly, large battery, aluminum casing,.

Cons: Emits a high frequency noise as soon as you plug your phone in, and it wont stop until you unplug it.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this battery.

1 out of 5 eggsDead after 3 months

Pros: I like the look and feel but I never got the chance to experience of any pros.

Cons: Purchased on 4/19/2015. It arrived a few days later and I fully charged it and used it for a couple days to see how well it worked...and it did. Put it away fully charged and on 7/21/2015 took it out to take on a trip and discovered it's absolutely DEAD! No lights. Won't charge. Won't take a charge.

4 out of 5 eggsheavy as a brick, but handy

Pros: lots of capacity, durable

Cons: Not exaggerating much, like toting a brick with rounded edges. Of course capacity and weight are tied together. No way to keep connector with unit without risking damage to unit or usb. a small integrated hook/cable anchor would have been nice.

Other Thoughts: the unit has a brushed aluminum except for plastic ends. Would much prefer a knurled finish to make it less slippery. As with most things you buy documentation lacking.

5 out of 5 eggsI don't know what's wrong with you guys

Pros: This works like a champ, even after six months of use and multiple recharge.i can typically get charge my iPhone 5 five times before recharging this battery pack.

Cons: Outer case is kind of slippery. Not a ruggedized device.

Other Thoughts: The unit is not what I'd call ruggedized, and it does require a little care when handling the mini USB charging cable. I think most of you negative reviewers must be handling the charging cable too roughly. Treat this unit like the sensitive electronic device that it is, and you won't have any problems with it. On the other hand, let it bounce around in your backpack and you can expect it to malfunction like any other low-priced electronic device.

1 out of 5 eggsOut of Box Issues

Pros: It has a low price for a high amount of battery storage, but I haven't been able to use it. So in reality, it has no pros for me.

Cons: Straight out of the box, wont charge. I got it to charge with a different cable, while really pushing the cable into the micro USB port, but I'm not sitting there pushing the cable for 8 hours while it charges.

Other Thoughts: Plan on sending it back as defective, hopefully I can have some luck

1 out of 5 eggsWhat a wonderful weight.

Pros: Looks Cool. Heavy enough for useful self defense too. Charged all my devices with NO trouble! (See below)

Cons: Bought it a month or so back for use for a 2 week trip around Europe. Got it 2 days earlier. Pretty stoked. Charged it up (Came partially charged.) Used it around town and at work for a few days before my trip, worked flawlessly. Charged fully, and left on my trip. That was the last time I could charge it. Bought a 110-240v USB block 2.0a just for charging this and my phone when I had access to an outlet. Plugged it in, showed it was charging, crashed for the night, woke up to NO leds. No juice, nothing. Tried a few different usb cables (1.0a-2.0a) no go with anything. Won't charge at all! So glad I bought it on sale... At least it looks pretty. Emailed Fremo, so let's see what my luck has in store.

Other Thoughts: Definitely not buying again unless they make good on this.

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: I already reviewed this product on Newegg but could not find a way to update that review.

I have now used the FREMO P130 quite a few times. While charge times to recharge the P130 are long they are much faster than the original charge time. It supplies power to my other devices holding up to it's advertised specifications.

Pros: 13000mAh is enough to recharge my smartphone several times. The design is clean and nice looking. The 4 charge lights are practical. Two USB output ports are handy.

Cons: My only complaint remains the sharp edges of the aluminum case. I've had to be careful where I put the P130 in my backpack so it won't damage other things in the backpack. This is why I took one star off.

Other Thoughts: Other Thoughts: For long car trips I like to listen to podcasts or music on my smartphone, connected through a mini auto jack to the car's radio. But if I also plug the phone in to charge, using a USB charger in the 12V power outlet, noise is injected into the sound system. So I use a battery pack like this for clean sound.

I paid a very low price on black Friday 2014 for this, too tempting to pass up as this type of high power battery could easily go for $50+.

5 out of 5 eggsIt does the job.

Pros: On sale, this thing is cheap. Cheap cheap cheap cheap. I can recharge my Samsung Galaxy S4 at least two full times with it. The nice thing for me, because I only travel sporadically, is that it seems to hold a lot of its charge very well if powered off. I forgot to charge it for my latest trip, and despite a month of disuse, it still easily charged my phone. For $30 (when I got it) it was an incredible buy and I'm very happy with it. The 2 amp port really does deliver more power.

Cons: Given the cost, this isn't exactly a con, but it doesn't seem to really be 13000 mAh. That should charge my phone completely three or four times; I get maybe a little over two. It also does take a long time to fully charge up as such packs do. The indicator lights, while helpful, are not linear in function; two lights out of four is not 50%, but rather 25% at most. So there's a lack of fine grain control here. The only other issue might be the case; it's rounded and aluminum but the cut off edges are somewhat sharp. It can do damage to things unless you are careful about packing it.

Other Thoughts: On sale this is well worth the buy. Over $50, I probably wouldn't have bitten. But for anything less, this is a really solid utilitarian choice.
