The only difference is they are about 8 inches longer and have a Rosewill stamp on them. If your happy with the original, this is the one for you. Works perfect with the AC chargers and I've had no issue transferring data to/from the PC, or charging from a USB port. Cons: None Other Thoughts: There's not much else to say.
