Put it inand took it out once per day. So about 60 times and the tip breaks? Other Thoughts: I am sure an RMA is not probable as the shipping will cost more than the cable and they will say I somehow abuse it. Lightening connector seems a lot more robust than the OEM Apple connecter which split on me after just two years only using it once per day. Cons: The wire resistance is too high for the length if you are going to use the iPhone 6 while it is charging. If you shut down the device it would probably charge but slowly with this cable. Rosewill owns the brand and would not refund since it is within Newegg return period. I had ordered 3 cables and behaved the same. Other Thoughts: So I lost about $17 on a $34 order, $12 return shipping and $5+ for 10% return for defective product design. I've used Apple original charger and several other ones with the same effect. I already order HD's elsewhere and should have order this too b/c of 10% on returning defective merchandise.
