5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Solution

Pros: We have several customers that have iPhones in Otterboxes or other hard-shell cases, and have us install the Smoothtalker Universal Cradle for use with cell boosters as a hands free systems. The adapter made by Smoothtalker for the iPhone does not fit through the cavity in the hardshell casings, so if the customer wanted to charge their phone while using their booster cradle, they'd have to remove the phone from its shell, every time.

This adapter DOES fit through the cavity of the Otterbox and other hardshell phone cases!

Cons: Doesn't come in black, which would be more uniform to the cradle and all its cabling
