I'm a heavy call user and also use my headsets for podcasts throughout the day. Battery life on the Presence is excellent, about 4x longer life than the Bose. I love the battery icon on my iphone 6 display and you can simply press the main button on the headset to hear an audio tone of battery life. Audio quality has been excellent. Noise cancellation seems to work well. I used the device to record a speech and was very impressed by the quality of the recording. When I recorded speeches on the Bose, it picked up a lot of background noise and had a lot of white noise. The Sennheiser Presence blocked all that out. I easily connected the Presence to two devices, my Ipad and Iphone. I could never figure out how to make that happen on the Bose, even though it is listed as one of the features. Here's the major con! It's just not very comfortable. It comes with 4 earpieces, but all of them felt like hard plastic digging into my ear and they also left the speaker sitting just outside my ear canal, so I found myself constantly trying to push the earpiece into my ear where it would sit flush. What good is a ten hour battery if you are sick of the device being in your ear after 15 minutes? I had a pair of jogging earbuds which came with extra ear pieces and I substituted the Presence earbuds and it is a perfect solution. Now the earpiece sits in my ear canal and I can hear the audio much better. So, this is an almost perfect bluetooth headset. If they can fix the comfort issue this would be a perfect 5 out of 5. This earpiece does incredibly well when it comes to making it easy for people to hear me while also killing the background noise. The only time there was reported noise was when I was testing it on the highway with the windows down and, even then, the person I was talking to said it just sounded like static.
