2 out of 5 eggsPoor Sound Quality

Pros: Bluetooth. I guess that a Pro.
Price.

Cons: Horrible Sound. If you are purchasing these for listening to music, DON"T. The sound is really bad.
They do work for pairing with phone, although again poor sound quality.

Other Thoughts: I purchased these to watch tutorials on my tablet and PC and they work for my purposes. The price was right at $14.99. But had I got these to listen to music I would have sent them back.

2 out of 5 eggsBluetooth

Pros: Well built for casual use, good sound.Functions on an Android device.

Cons: The bluetooth software for this headset, and other identical headphones with different branding is Blue Soliel .
It is unsupported, and Blue Soliel wants to sell you an upgraded version ,also unsupported and not updated.
Finding better bluetooth drivers based on CRS is nearly impossible, and may limit functionality on devices other than Android OS .

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: It's a blutooth headset that works very well. 10 hour battery life and does exactly what you're hoping it does. If you are like me and got this for super cheap on dealnews you won't be disappointed. And yea of course for 8 bucks I bought the 3 year warranty. Psh why not? I had a $70 pair of Motorola S-10 HDs and it did not last long at all. Win win for me.

Cons: I do wish they were noise cancelling ear buds.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat headphones, but a bit small.

Pros: These headphones paired quickly with my iPhone 5S and sounded great! I especially like that they have the on-ear volume-controls and fold up to a reasonably compact size for storage.

Cons: Unfortunately I'm returning them because they're just a bit too small for my big noggin. Hopefully I can find something similar but a bit larger, because these were fantastic for my use (not snagging cords at work)!

5 out of 5 eggsExactly What I Wanted

Pros: Lightweight and compatible with Nexus 7 tablet.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I've been delighted with these headphones; comfortable and the bluetooth connection to a Nexus 7 tablet was effortless and has worked exactly as advertised each time. Another great buy from NewEgg at an unbeatable price.

1 out of 5 eggsBad quality

Pros: >Bluetooth, wireless
>comfortable design
>foldable
>compact
>relatively low priced
>built-in mic which is useful for VOIP calling and online gaming

Cons: >build quality
>sound quality
>apparent short range

Other Thoughts: I bought this BT headset to be used primarily as a pair of stereo headphones to replace a cheap pair of Rosewill headphones that I have been using and which have worked very well. I wanted the luxury of having a wireless set of headphones which made it easier to switch between the speakers and headphones in Windows 7. I also bought an Asus BT 4.0 USB 2.0 dongle (USB-BT400) with the same order. Getting the dongle's drivers installed was simple enough. It took a while for me to figure out how to pair the headset with my PC which I later assumed was a range issue. When I laid the headset right on top of my PC, only then did it detect it and pair up. I then set it as my primary sound output device so that I could use it as a pair of headphones like I intended. Sadly, the sound was only coming out of one ear (I think the left) and the sound I did hear was extremely low quality like I was listening to a tinny, mono AM radio station with bad reception or an old cheap analog phone over a bad long distance line. It was bad but I assumed it was possible that it was my PC or the new dongle's fault so I tried it on a few other devices - an Android tablet, an iPad and a Macbook pro. The same exact result: sound out of only one ear and extremely poor quality. I immediately requested an RMA as I assumed it was a defective unit. I am hoping that the unit was defective and that this is not how they intended it. I noticed that Newegg sells another brand BT headset that looks literally identical to this Arctic one but with a different logo. It seems that these are simply re-branded cheap Chinese headsets with low quality control. If you are thinking about a pair of these, just know that you might end up paying $5 or so to send it back. I used bitcoin to buy them and I will supposedly be getting a store credit. I did not want to take a chance at another pair of these. For the normal price of $40, these are a joke. You are better off just using a conventional pair of headphones and just living with the fact that it has a cable. It is a small price to pay for guaranteed good quality sound that make it to both ears. Or, maybe consider 2.4 ghz headphones or spending much more on a BT brand that is known to work properly with sound quality that matches that of a conventional headset.

2 out of 5 eggsVERY limited range, mic very poor

Pros: Allows you to listen to music wirelessly from your iPhone. Battery life is decent.

Cons: These headphones have really limited connection range. I mean extremely limited. If I place my phone to the right side of my body, then reception is good. If I move it to the left side, then I start getting cut outs in the signal. If I set the phone on my desk and then sit on the floor maybe 5ft away, the signal starts to cut out. If I am in absolute direct line of sight, then range is good to about 15ft.

The other issue is the Mic is horrible! I've tried using it with Siri and Siri never understands me (if I switch back to the iPhones internal mic, it works perfectly). I've tried using it to call other people a couple of times and they always complain about how they can not understand what I am saying.

Other Thoughts: If you want cheap, you can't beat the price. But you get what you pay for. ie. cheap headphones, with so-so sound quality (I use it for voice podcasts), unusable mic, and very limited reception range.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: I bought them for running. I don't plan to use them as a headset for calls... only for listening to music. I just got back from using them for the first time and for the price I paid I'm happy. I got them for $15 after $5 MIR. Sound quality and volume is fine for what I'm using them for.

Cons: Size not adjustable but I knew that going in.
