There are lots of crackles and dropped noises on both ends. If I put my phone in my pocket the quality gets even worse. In order to determine if it was an issues with my phone, I tried to use the device on my girlfriend's iPhone 5 but I coudln't even get it to pair. At this point I figured the product was defective and decided to return it. However, NewEgg said that they cannot accept the return as I don't have the orginal box it came in. It doesn't seem like that shoud matter as the product is defective; I sure hope they wouldn't try to sell it again. So, I'm attempting to contact the manufacture to see if they can help. Thus far my experience with Plantronics products and NewEgg has been good but if I can't get this issue resolved I will reconsider any future purchases from either company.
