pretty great
- Pros: Amazing clarity for the other party, you don't sound like a digitized robot in a tunnel to them.
Comfortable, fast re-charge. Work very well with my bb curve. Longer standby than I will ever use.
- Cons: These are very minor compared to almost every other bluetooth headset.
Quality drops off as battery weakens. By the end of the day, I need a 15-30 min recharge (solid 4 hours of talking). Volume can't go high enough for me with soft-spoken people. Most people yell into their phones so it not that big of a deal :)
- Other Thoughts: We only use cell phones in our office and have been using a wired headsets for years. We try new Blutooth headsets every couple of months to see if they can match the wired sets and this is the first that can. I can walk the full 30-ish feet from my phone with no call degradation. I can wear it all day without discomfort.
Cell phones and Headsets are NOT fashion accessories, if you buy a headset based on form and not function you are contributing to lower quality devices.
Not an improvement over 510
- Pros: It's a Plantronics. Excellent noise cancellation, Improved button design over 510. Decent battery life, and USB charger plug. Better than the Jawbone Prime. Comfortable to wear for extended periods.
- Cons: Shorter radio range than 510. Lower volume than 510 makes hearing in noisy environments difficult. Microphone wind shield will pull hairs from a bearded face. (ouch). Drops signal frequently with my Motorola V3xx, didn't work well with a Motorola Tundra, has difficulty with I phones and LG. Dies if you sweat too much. New design riddled with issues.
- Other Thoughts: Mine has died after 2 months after a recharge? Plantronics needs to charge $100 because they will likely have to replace it 3 times under warranty. Thought it would be an improvement over 510? I'm going to buy another 510 to replace this PRO. The Voyager Pro has been a big disappointment, save your money buy a 510.

Love this Headset!
- Pros: Great sound quality, loud, noise canceling works well, very comfortable to wear for long time, battery lasts forever.
- Cons: Same con that every bluetooth headset has, it makes you look like a bluetoothdouchebag.com
- Other Thoughts: I've owned several headsets and really like this one! It's got similar noise canceling to my jawbone but it's actually comfortable to wear.
- Pros: Excellent call quality for those on other end of line especially with a lot of background noise. Despite large size it is still quite comfortable on the ear. Fair price.
- Cons: Almost too loud. Cannot put volume to maximum without some distortion. This was not enough of an issue to take an egg away.
- Other Thoughts: I think all bluetooth earpieces are just plain ugly. Some have complained that this one lacks in form, but the function is outstanding and I have yet to see a earpiece that does not make one look like an idiot.
- Pros: It is very loud, so loud I had to lower the volume. I asked people if they could hear me as I was passing trucks with the window down, and they could hear me without the noise from the trucks passing me with the window down! I have purchased at least five earpieces in the past, only to throw them away due to lack of volume and noise willing driving.
- Cons: none
