- Pros: Excellent call quality for those on other end of line especially with a lot of background noise. Despite large size it is still quite comfortable on the ear. Fair price.
- Cons: Almost too loud. Cannot put volume to maximum without some distortion. This was not enough of an issue to take an egg away.
- Other Thoughts: I think all bluetooth earpieces are just plain ugly. Some have complained that this one lacks in form, but the function is outstanding and I have yet to see a earpiece that does not make one look like an idiot.
- Pros: It is very loud, so loud I had to lower the volume. I asked people if they could hear me as I was passing trucks with the window down, and they could hear me without the noise from the trucks passing me with the window down! I have purchased at least five earpieces in the past, only to throw them away due to lack of volume and noise willing driving.
- Cons: none
Superb
- Pros: This is simply the best headset I've used out of over 12 headsets. In Bangkok it excels, allowing you to hear above the city noise, and people hear you great.
Great volume
Many comment "did you get a new phone, you sound very clear."
On the other end they can't hear city noises, wind, any of it. Very effective noise cancellation.
Battery lasts a good 10 hours of talk time
Charging via USB port takes about 90 minutes for a full charge.
Switches effortlessly between my laptop (VOIP use) and my mobile phone.
Cool design..
- Cons: The first one died in just a few days. Plantronics immediately sent me out a new one via next day air.. and it's been working perfectly for over six months now.
- Other Thoughts: This thing is tough! I carry it in my back pocket and I'm not careful with it at all. The volume goes louder than I need..
I use the medium size ear piece. I'm not sure where to get a replacement.. they should be accessories as they don't last forever.
