Really good warranty support. Cons: Ive had two of these die completely, each time at roughly 11 months of use. Other Thoughts: I dont expect inexpensive electronics like this to last forever- what matters most to me is good warranty support. Plantronics delivers in this respect. Cons: only con I have with the device is that when connected to a Andriod device doesn't show the battery life on the screen like it does for a Apple device. big deal right? But honestly that is all I can find with this device, seriously the best Bluetooth I have owned an Plantronics device. Cons: The boom rested on my face causing slight distortion in audio for listener. If I raised it off my face then the sound was clear. If I used the optional over the ear piece, then it held it off my face. Also, the in the ear design hurt my ear. I decided to return it and get the Voyager Pro+ which I like very much.
