Pros: Battery Held it's charge, fits my head fine, and always connected to my g1 and my old phone. I bought 2 of these over 2 years ago, one for me and one for my gf. We talk so much it's sick. After 2 years, it seems that hers has died. Mine is still going strong. I'm about to buy another. This thing is F'in cheap too!

Cons: After hours of use it's not that comfortable, but what would be?
