1 out of 5 eggsvery weak construction

Pros: none

Cons: I have just received my replacement headset from same problem. plastic over the ear is shoddily constructed, as the 2nd set came broken at the same place.

Other Thoughts: will look for reviews of a better quality headset before re-ordering

1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: Easy to configure and good sound quality

Cons: Both ear pieces were broken off, dangling from the wire when finally got my shipment to me 10 days after purchasing. Doing RMA now but from reading other reviews, it looks like it won't be long before they break again.
Would have liked to see the charger use micro USB

Other Thoughts: usually gets my shipment to me within two days with no extra cost. I don't know why this shipment from Atlanta to Missouri took 10 days.

5 out of 5 eggsvery good, but...

Pros: price, sound quality, paired very easy with phone - LG Xenon and PC - Belkin bluetooth dongle.

Cons: plastic strap between the pads looks fragile, instructions for pairing with phone or PC not clear and misleading - found on internet how to pair them.

Other Thoughts: bought 2 headsets and 2 Belkin bluetooth dongle.
first time I received both headsets with plastic strap broken close to ear pads. one on the left side the other on the right side.
filed an RMA, one week later received replacements. payed 20$ extra for shipping them back. in the end I payed 10$ more for each. :(
but this time both are good. very happy with them and Newegg rapidity, still I'm afraid the strap will broke.
anyway, even at 35$ each it is a good price.

2 out of 5 eggssuch a shame

Pros: Sound quality for music was terrific and clear from my PC through a dongle and through my Samsung Intensity from Verizon.

Cons: Neckband busted right by one earpiece within a month. Apparently my head is too wide. Band is not adjustable.
RMA for a replacement because I can't get refund under terms of sale. Plan to auction the replacement.

Other Thoughts: If the neckband adjusted, I would hang onto the replacement. Awful product design.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not buy!

Pros: Speaker quality good, music sounds fine.

Cons: Some echoing from mic during phone calls. The neck strap broke right by earpiece after 2 months. RMA'd, received replacement, neck strap broke in the middle on the first day. Taped with electrical tape, broke by earpiece again a week later. Have returned for credit on another brand.

Other Thoughts: Note: This was not purchased through NewEgg, just wanted to let everyone know what a bad product this headset is.

2 out of 5 eggsReturn Ruined This One

Pros: Great Sound and Price (see below)

Cons: The neck band is a bit tight for my large (not XL or XXL) head. That would be all but...

Item arrived with a broken in two band. That would not have lowered the score if it wasn't for the return policy. See below:

Other Thoughts: Item arrived with a broken in two band. It was more a crunch than a break; obviously caught in something during manufacturing. The New Egg return policy made this purchase a bad one and made me wonder why I buy from New Egg. By the time they received my return and I received my replacement, it was nearly 2 weeks. If it had been an item I really needed, like a new hard drive, or other critical PC part, or a gift I needed at a certain time, it would be really bad to wait this long.

I did not like having to pay return shipping on something that I didn't even open (I could see the damage through the packaging).

My 2 stars is a 0 for the Egg and a 4 for the product. I wish I could rate this separately. Please read the return policy before you buy.

3 out of 5 eggsMany months of use...

Pros: Great sound quality, good range, decent volume levels for general use (I don't like to listen to blasting music). Both audio and mic works perfectly with both Blackberry phones I've paired it with (8830, Tour).

Cons: Designed for people with very small heads... 12 year old's maybe? The comments about it being uncomfortable are absolutely true. I can handle about 1 hour max, and then I have to wait for the tracks burrowed into my skull to fill out.

I cannot get the mic functionality to pair with two different computers I tried it with (I'd like to use it with Skype) - only the audio will pair properly, mic won't. This is a big con for me. I really would use it much more if I could have mic functionality. My two other single ear bluetooth headsets pair fine with both computers, so I don't know why this one won't.

Other Thoughts: There is a reason it is vastly cheaper than other bluetooth stereo headsets. If you have a small head, you should be able to use it for hours comfortably. I bought mine on a shell-shocker deal for the price is it currently listed for everyday.

3 out of 5 eggseh......

Pros: Earcups are soft leather, very nice for periods of long wear. The sound is decent, and can go pretty loud at its highest volume setting. Battery life is pretty good.

Cons: My iphone 3gs must be paired every time, it wont automatically sync when both are on. Thats a huge pain. Also, occasionally it simply drops its connection, then struggles to pick it back up (making ur music stutter). That blows, but its rare and simply resyncing the two devices or shutting the headphones off and on will bring it back to normal.

Other Thoughts: I bought two pairs at this price, and while I hate to resync the device each time, I am happy enough with the quality and the battery life to have made this a decent purchase. However, while they fit better then any other pair of BT headphones i own, they still arent like my sony headphones. Those have auto-sync and even louder volume going for them.
