Cons: One was DOA, mic didnt work. Other worked for a week and then started sounding like I was echoing with every word. And it was really hard to hear anyone.

Other Thoughts: I read the reviews also and I have a friend that bought one of these new and loved it but these ones are garbage devices. Do not order or you will be sorry. I really cannot believe that Newegg even sells this garbage on their site.

Cons: I recvd my bluetooth when I plugged it in and it instantly turned green. It was a dud. It never worked. New egg was nice enough to refund my $ without having to send it it back.

Pros: delivered on time

Cons: product was defecfective and the had to hassle sending it back and waiting another 2 weeks for product.

Pros: Everything - Price is excellent, Works great, charge time is minimal, long standby time, long talk time.

Cons: I lost it 3 days ago, haha.

Other Thoughts: Will be buying another very soon.

Pros: For the money you can't bet it! Talk time is good. light weight.

Other Thoughts: Over all it's a good product. The first one I received did'nt work. Called Newegg, in 2 and a half days I had a new one ups at my front door. That's what I call great service!

Pros: With these particular headsets, nothing.

Cons: Attempted to charge and it went green immediately. Opened mic and it will not power on. The first one I RMA'd did the exact same thing.

Other Thoughts: I usually do not have a problem with newegg, but I got two broken headsets in a row. I paid $20 for this and the shipping costs to get it sent back was $8.50. Now they're going to want me to pay to get it shipped back again.....

Cons: When I received the product, it said that you have to charge it. When you charge the headset, the inner ring should glow red indicating charge-mode. Mine glowed and stayed green, which was supposed to mean it was fully charged. All you need to do in order to turn this on is to open the boom, which I did.

Nothing happened.

I tried charging the headset for a full two hours; again, nothing happened. The product was completely defective.

Other Thoughts: I don't know if this is a one-time only thing, however NewEgg needs to have better standards for their products. I have never had an issue like this with any other online store, and this was my first NewEgg purchase. Needless to say, I'm extremely displeased.

Pros: Great design format, love that you can just "flip them open" to talk, no buttons to mess with, safer that way.

Cons: ordered 2 and one you could not hear me talk at all, and the other sounded like there was "cotton" in the mic????

RMA'd them as soon as i opened them.

Other Thoughts: I owned an h850 moto and it was THE BEST!!!! Had a h700 for a year, never really liked it, really really bad static and reception, and it died, would not charge. Bought 2 more this time and they were total garbage.

What happened MOTO??? Gonna have to look at plantronics instead.

Pros: Small, great battery life, awesome range and the ability to flip it on and off by swinging the boom in and out. INVALUABLE for battery life. I hate turning off any other bluetooth headset after owning one of these. I used to have to hold the button down for what seemed like a billion years. With this headset, turning it on and answering the phone happen all in one motion without the 3 to 5 second pause to turn it on.

Plus, I can charge it everywhere since it charges on a mini-usb.

Cons: The paint is chipping off in a few places but that's because I've dropped it repeatedly on the pavement. This headset has been well loved.

Other Thoughts: Mini-usb is all over the place. My phone charges on mini-usb and pretty much every device on the planet that syncs to a computer uses mini-usb including my Zune, iPod and bodybugg so this headset is very convenient since it does not require yet another cord to charge it.

Pros: This model used to work great--- used to.

Cons: All units defective upon arrival. Units either did not charge, or did not pair, or both.

Other Thoughts: Had quite a bit of difficulty in reaching newegg and their customer service. All bluetooths were defective, somehow there is a mixup between their customer service and bill me later and/or newegg preferred. Anyway after 3 months, I decided to finally contact Motorola, who agreed to replace all the units, then contacted my preferred account, who credited back any service charges and interest (at least they said my account was back to zero) and made a visa payment to my account to pay for all the defective units that Motorola will now be replacing. What a nightmare.
