Pros: Paired to my Motorola RAZR V3xx with no problems. In a quiet room it works very well. Driving down the road the people on the other end can hear me and understand what I'm saying with clarity. The charging base that doubles as a case works well. Generally I like the product, but alas, due to other problems (see cons) I'm probably going to return it
Cons: The fit in my ear is less than desireable. After wearing it continuously for 2 or 3 hours my ear starts to hurt a lot. The documentation states that the device comes with several ear buds to try. A different ear bud could change how it fits and make it more comfortable. Unfortunately, contrary to the documentation, only 1 ear bud was included. The volume controls do little to adjust the volume. Loud is just as quiet as quiet. In a quiet room its easy to hear. But driving down the road with the windows CLOSED, I still cannot hear the person on the other end.....although they can hear me fine, even with the windows open.
Other Thoughts: I like Motorola branded products. I expected more from this device.....like full functionality and comfort. I will probably return this device and look for another one.

Pros: Very simple to use: 1. Has 3 very distinct buttons to access the device. There's a color-coded (blue) on/off switch (at the end) so you know it is actually on (helps with dead battery situation). Actual +- volume buttons (you can feel them while talking). And the round talk button (top of the device). 2. The device paired up right away and it keeps the pairing even after I turned the phone or the device on and off. Much less of a hassle, believe me. 3. It is small (1 1/2 inches) and very comfortable. 4. Even with the windows down, the caller on the other end says it was very clear.
Cons: I don't know if I talk alot, but the standby is not too great at about 2-3 days. No biggie, but it could have allowed for another option for charging instead of the (included) base. It looks real cool and all...but a charger connecting directly to the device would be nice.
Other Thoughts: I have to say this is by far the best bluetooth device I have used. I have used BlueAnt (good), Samsungs (okay), Nokias (okay), and a couple of Plantronics 320 (good) too. I also ordered the Plantronics 655 with this, but it did not proved to be as good or comfortable (slight static problem).
