1 out of 5 eggsVery Disapointed

Pros: This unit worked pretty nice. I like the feature where it would search for a goo FM station to broadcast over, but.........

Cons: The unit stopped charging within a month of ownership. I still used it with the power connected from the adaptor. After antoher moth the device started making a loud sherking noise when turned on and never worked again. $39 of my hard owned money down the drain.

Other Thoughts: I bought this device because of all the great reviews but I am sorry to say the reliability of the part really, really disappointed me. It changed my mind about buying the higher priced Motorola products.

5 out of 5 eggsI Like It

Pros: Didn't feel the need to do much research on these devices since I shop alot at Newegg...this unit's on sale alot, & after reading alot of pro reviews I finally went ahead, & got one. Very happy with this unit...especially the ability to stream music, & call audio through the radio with good clarity. It feels so darn tight, sturdy, & well built, I was thinkin you could probably hurl it down the road like a baseball, then just plug it back in, & go like normal (wonder if the testing labs did that). I've always admired Motorola's small electronic products like phones, etc. that I've owned, & unfortunately dropped down stairs, or on sidewalks, & they've all kept right on ticking.

Cons: When I voice dial, or when a call comes in, & the unit announces the number, the audio is crackley, has alot of static. Doesn't matter if it's going through the radio or not, but during a call, or listening to music, it's clear as a bell. I usually have to do more then one search for a good frequency for radio output, but once I get some stations programmed into the memory I should be all set.

Other Thoughts: I could've probably thought up a better idea for charging, or placement for the charger input, or the fact that there's 2 control buttons that will always be hidden from view, but that is probably just an issue based on one's own personal preference, but I think the developers were thinking along the lines of compactness as far as design, & I feel they did a pretty good job on that as it is. Geez, you wouldn't wanna be taking your eyes off the road to be fiddling with it anyway. Definitely 5 eggs from me

2 out of 5 eggsHandsfree Systems Generally Stink

Pros: It syncs fine, it's idiot proof, the battery last a long time. It's nicely built.

Cons: It's not small enough. It needs to be about 1/4 the size. It's about the size of an Oatmeal Pie and extends about 1.5 inches or more. So if you are tall, you will see it in your field of vision.

The USB charging is a bit garbage. Would be nice to have a REAL PLUG also.

Other Thoughts: So generic comment about Handsfree systems that dont go on your ear. They generally stink. YOu can never clearly hear people, they cant hear you. Wind noise gets in the way (even with nice cars). I just think they arent worth the cash.

Two options for good quality.
1. get one for your ear and look like "that guy" who is calling in an airstrike. (aka, Tool)
2. Slow down turbo, dont talk while you are driving and pull over.

4 out of 5 eggsLove this unit!

Pros: Need hands-free technology for you phone? Look no further! I would easily pay $150 for this unit. The fact it is normally on sale for $60-ish is an awesome deal. Great call quality! FM Transmitter works great and sounds good! Very easy to setup! My girlfriend went from driving a car with bluetooth to not having it... she missed it so much I figured I would buy this. Best car gadget ever. The reviews speak for themselves! (Plus with hands-free you can pay more attention to the road)

Cons: Sometimes while using the FM transmitter it will get interrupted by radio signals. While the device does a great job finding the stations on its own it must not be quite powerful enough to override weak stations all the time. Just enough to take away 1 egg, but doesn't happen all the time!

Other Thoughts: If quality and price are of any concern you cannot go wrong. I would rate this above most other bluetooth options, even ones twice as expensive. Go ahead and buy with confidence :)

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy

Pros: Very good quality and amazing charge life. For cars purchased without Bluetooth this is THE option.....especially when you get it for such a great price that Newegg has sold it for. Audio is really good....never had any complaints. Even listed to my wife using it and it sounded very good.

Cons: Not sure I can list anything....i think that's just a con on me though. Well, i guess it could come with a long cable you can use to hard-wire but that's just reaching.

Other Thoughts: Great option for a car without bluetooth. If you have only used headsets you really have no idea of the freedom you are missing.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Size

Cons: you need to RE-INSTALL it way to often. Parked and not touching anything it stops working...you have to reach for your phone and hit bluetooth button again (using a droid)! Tell me why I bought this? You must be on the channel you pick for sound to come over speakers so if that channel is not what you like to listen to...too bad. Most channels it gives you to pick from are the weak ones..like an old AM channel sound. I returning it

2 out of 5 eggsDecent, but overall not worth it.

Pros: The success rate at connecting to the bluetooth radio on my Galaxy S phone matches my other devices, which is to say poor.
If the device is already setup, taking phone calls is handled well.

Cons: Audio quality is quiet and about AM radio quality even on totally clear channels. Auto-channel selection seems to choose channels randomly rather than the selecting the clearest one, so there is usually considerable static unless you flip through several channels.
It will turn off the FM transmitter after a minute or two of silence from the bluetooth device. So if you're having bluetooth connection problems or problems getting streaming audio to work, or just browsing, you have to start over.
The battery does last several hours, but will begin to lose transmitting power before the low battery light comes on, so you usually don't know if the amount of static is normal or due to low battery.

Other Thoughts: Everytime I use it, it requires a minimum of 1 minute of setup. However some of it is the unreliability of Android or the app I'm using though. This includes turning it on (hold the power button for a few seconds), connecting to bluetooth (several seconds to a few minutes if my phone requires me turn bluetooth off/on, reboot, re-pair), then turning on music, podcast, etc. (10 seconds to a few minutes because sometimes switching the audio from the phone speaker to bluetooth confuses either the phone or some applications and the whole process has to restart), then you have to select a radio channel to use (for each channel you try, it takes about 5 seconds to press the button and for it to search, then another 5 seconds for the voice to speak the channel frequency twice, then 5 seconds to tune the car radio, I usually flip between 3-5 channels before I find one with minimal static). As a result, I don't ever bother using it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for driving

Pros: It works great and makes talking on the phone and driving a lot easier. People say there is no road noise on the other end.

Cons: Make the battery last longer.
