1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy remanufactured!!!

Pros: Sleek looks, solid feel

Cons: I could hear perfectly, but nobody could hear me. Tried re-synching multiple times on my Blackberry Storm; same result.

Other Thoughts: OE would probably work with no issues; remanufactured products are problematic.

Pros: Hard to say. How much is a small piece of garbage worth to you? One star because NewEgg doesn't allow zero stars!

Cons: Device stops working within two month. Motorola customer service is set up to make sure you get no service. You have to call for an RMA number (you can't get one online) but they are not available and have to call you back. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK! I will never buy Motorola again, a practice I highly recommend to all! There is a reason NewEgg does not take them back!

Other Thoughts: Purchased two, the H15 and H17. Both failed the same way within ten days of each other, you can no longer be heard by the person you are talking to but can still hear them. Two purchases, two failures exactly the same way, and customer service setup to avoid giving you any service. A totally disreputable company in my opinion! There is a reason NewEgg won't take them back! If NewEgg wants to have any name for integrity they need to stop stocking any Motorola products!

1 out of 5 eggsQuick to fail

Pros: * Quick to Pair
* Reasonably good speaker quality

Cons: * Quick to fail

Other Thoughts: I have to admit, at $15-16, this seemed like a buy that was too good to pass up, but basically at this point, my advice would be to do so. You get the ear piece and the charger, nothing extra (no stands, etc.), quick sheet for setup and running, pretty much no frills (and as advertised). Bluetooth pairing went pretty well, both to Moto Droid and Lenovo ThinkPad. Speaker is pretty easy to hear, maybe could be a tad louder for some environments, slightly tinny sound at times. At least for me, the boom microphone failed relatively soon after I started to use it. Cannot seem to get it to work anymore. Just something about these Motorola Bulk deals I guess, seem to have high DOA/early fail from the comments.

Other Thoughts: I called for a replacement, and the unit is on backorder. My suggestion is find something a bit more reliable.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Headset

Pros: Amazing noise cancelation technology - I can be in the car with the radio on or with other people talking and the person who I am talking with on the headset can only hear me!

Great fit on the ear. Comes with lots of ear buds to get the right fit for your ear.

Good battery life

Cons: The speaker is too loud. I find myself needing to lower the headset even when it is set as low as possible

3 out of 5 eggsPicture is inaccurate

Pros: Cheap, decent design, battery time is good
Sound quality could be better.

Cons: Well for me, I already had one but wanted the rubber earpiece like in the picture so it fits more securely in the ear than the plain round on mine had. So I ordered this for $15 rather than buy 3 rubber ear pieces for $9 that Motorola sells.
It arrived with same type I already had, NOT the one in pictures!

Other Thoughts: Be aware the ear bud design this comes with is plain round type, not the more secure type that is shown in all the description photos.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: None so far. Unit arrived DOA. It would charge but not turn on. I have set up the RMA process. Will let you know how that goes.

Cons: Arrived DOA

Other Thoughts: I do not like receiving DOA merchandise, so I advise you to stay away from this product if you feel likewise.
