3 out of 5 eggsNot buying again

Pros: Nice and light weight. Relatively comfortable and good battery life. Easy to pair with my Android phone. Music quality was not as good as I expected. On par with normal ear buds. Microphone was not great for phone calls but worked in a pinch. There are better BT headsets if phone calls is the only purpose.

Cons: Not a headset for use anywhere near moisture. Made the mistake of using them at the gym when using the stair climber. Perspiration cooked them. Wasn't that wet but wet enough I guess. I had read that they were good for use at the gym but I beg to differ.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worthed, mediocre sound quality

Pros: Micro usb charger. Well placed controls

Cons: Very noticeable hissing background noise, sound of band rubbing against neck and/or jacket can be loudly heard through the headphones, frequent disconnects while using it with galzy S2 and Nexus 7. Mediocre sound quality. Little unconfortable.

Other Thoughts: First i thought the unit was defective, replaced it with a brand new unit and same problem occured. Figured it was just a poor design like other recent motorola products. ( I used to love their products). Does not even come close to the Rocketfish RF-MAB2 in terms of confort and specially sound quality.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Sound quality is great for a Bluetooth headset. The controls work well even after frequent usage, unlike the S9 headset I used to have. Battery lasts about a whole school day plus or minus an hour, depending on use.

Cons: Very slightly uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time.

5 out of 5 eggsWell worth the $$

Pros: AWESOME functionality for the price! These are definitely worth the msrp of $100, and at a third that they're practically a steal.

I've had them over a year, they sound great and are undamaged. If you're not listening to music, they'll hold a charge on standby for several days. Listening to music at max or close to max volume they'll go about 4 hours.

Cons: They only con is that the max volume just isn't quite loud enough for my taste, but I like to listen to loud music at a high volume. That being said, for what they are, they're awesome.

Other Thoughts: I bought these to listen to music on my Pantech cell phone, which don't have a standard headphone jack. I didn't want to buy their junk headphones with their proprietary jack. I stumbled on these, and couldn't be happier.

Two phones later and I'm still using them, just for the convenience of being wireless.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth more than 2 dollars.

Pros: Produces Sound

Cons: It makes sense that this good is on sale 90% of the time on newegg. It is extremely cheap looking and an incredibly cheap feeling. In terms of how it looks and feels, take the dollar (or free) airplane headphones, cut off the wire, and wear it across your neck. That is how these feel.

The quality of sound is pretty bad for the retail price. When I purchased the headphones they were on sale (and chances are they are still on sale) and I would still classify it as poor for its price.

Simple, I actually threw the headphones out and bought a proper pair.

3 out of 5 eggsMotorola ROKR S305

Pros: For music, sound quality is great. Made some modifications to the EQ on my phone, after which the bass was much improved. Volume increases to a level much louder than I need, and generally all frequencies are captured well.

Headphones are light, easy to carry around, don't take long to charge and have a long listening time. I usually sit it around my neck when I'm not using it and it stays in place.

Buttons are non-obtrusive and easily accessible.

Charges with standard micro-USB connection so power sources are readily available.

Relatively easy to service if need be.

Cons: During calls, I have had MANY complaints about the microphone. It is simply too sensitive, and picks up the sound of everything in the room around me. I cannot talk to anyone without hearing a complaint about the background noise unless I'm in a soundproof box.

Don't sweat on them. I know that should probably go without saying but there's a big risk of failure to the headphones with a moderate amount of moisture. I ran with them for a good while, and once after a fairly intense session they croaked. Replaced them since, but lesson learned.

The second pair did develop problems with the left speaker, as has been mentioned by other reviewers. I believe this is a fundamental problem with the connecting wires from the left speaker, and have since resoldered, reinsulated, and re-taped the connection. It was not difficult, and I'm not sure the resoldering was even necessary in hindsight. It has worked flawlessly since.

There is some ambient static that can be heard over the speakers when no music is being played. I am almost positive this is due to poor shielding between the bluetooth circuitry and speaker circuitry. It may not be noticeable to some, and I don't really find it annoying, but it is there.

Finally, it does have some difficulty carrying the bluetooth signal through solid objects. Sometimes that even means you - if your phone is sitting in your pants pocket, especially a back pocket, and you crouch or something the signal can be disconnected. It's not bad enough to warrant a significant problem in my mind, but just be aware. Music resumes immediately when "line of sight" is restored.

Other Thoughts: Seriously, that microphone is a problem. These headphones are terrific for playback, but doing things while talking to people results in headaches on the other side.

I am on my third pair of these. Replaced once because I broke them when I wore them in the rain, again because I broke them when I sweated on them (clearly no lessons were learned from the first time). That said, I like them a lot and they've worked really well for the most part.

Not that it's either here nor there, but I have owned this model since its release years ago and have recently noticed more people walking around with them. They're becoming popular for a reason - not just because they're cheap, but because they're durable and well-designed.

Much to my dismay I will be replacing them soon with the LG model due to the complaints about the microphone. It is not what I would have preferred, but having a set of bluetooth headphones that people aren't annoyed with is important to me.

If you're looking for a quality set of headphones for music, look no further.

4 out of 5 eggsNot working with iPhones anymore

Pros: Sound great, stay tight on your head. I use them for running and love not having any wires and storing my phone in my pocket.

Cons: iOS 6 or 6.0.1 has broken the controls. Mine will still connect to my iPhone and stream music, but the controls no longer work. If you want to pair this with an iPhone, I suggest waiting until the next iOS release and see if Apple fixes the problem.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat headphones!

Pros: - Very simple to use and pair.
- Useful controls.
- Good sound. Dunno why some people complain about it being low. Maybe it's the device they're pairing it with. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S3.
- Voice mic is good although a little muffled.
- Freedom of having no wires around me!
- Lightweight.
- Good range. As rated, around 10 meters/35 feet.

Cons: - The loop behind my neck keeps hooking into the back of my clothes when I need to look up. Not really a con, but it annoys me. :P
- Voice mic isn't the best in the world, but it works fine in case you get a call while listening to music.
- Feels slightly flimsy/fragile.

Other Thoughts: Haven't had it for very long yet so I can't really speak about durability or battery life. I'm extremely satisfied with it so far though. No longer having wires around me allows me to do so many things more freely than before.

2 out of 5 eggsNot a good deal

Pros: Comfort, range, battery.

Cons: Bad sound quality. Everyone I asked hated the mic quality while talking on the phone. The audio setting tends to get stuck at a low volume db and can't be fixed. BAD

Other Thoughts: Priced to high for the quality.

4 out of 5 eggsmotorola is good

Pros: easy to set up
comfortable

Cons: volume could be higher
would benefit from builtin audio enhancements like BASS BOOST

Other Thoughts: So far no issues. In coming from Motorola S9-HD the volume is kind of low. These do the job but do not sound as good as the S9-hd. Overall I prefer the sound blocking properties of in the ear headphones. This model is good if you need to hear outside sounds.
