Cons: After a few times folding the "arm", it feels flimsy, like it might break.
The "arm" is the on/off switch. So if that breaks, it'll either never turn off or never turn on...

Other Thoughts: So far, I'm happy with it. It's compact. It connected easy and stays connected. Even if I'm 50 feet away in a steel box 15 feet in the air, I can still hear music just fine.
Used with BTmono I'm able to listen to music, even though it sounds bad. Better than trying to explain to my boss why I have a headphone wire dangling from my head.
Also own a Moto S9-HD. Doesn't look as "professional", however.
So far the cheap feel isn't worth 5 eggs. But it could just be me. If it lasts 6 months, it'll be worth it.

Cons: I thought th free 2 day shipping was for every thing. I was told I would get my order in 4 to seven day when i called. I am not very happy with new egg and I will more than likely not order from them again

Other Thoughts: Got this as a cheap replacement for my H730 when it went missing. I didn't expect this one to be EXACTLY as nice as the prior unit, but I anticipated at least similar quality. While the H730 was one of the best bluetooth headsets I've used; this is one of the worst. The quality you hear is appallingly fuzzy on my Motorola Droid X -I've even tested with a specialized app that transmits my music directly to the headset, and the quality is still terrible -it has nothing to do with cellular signal issues, the unit is just bad.

Bottom line, spend the extra ten bucks and get the next model up, they did a significantly better job with it. This unit is a huge disappointment.

Other Thoughts: I am on TDY in the military and stuck in a hotel room with bad reception everywhere but by the door. I always needed a BT but this finally made me get off my rear and get one! I can put my phone by the door and not have to be stuck standing over there now, so it certainly filled my need!

Pros: Works great, connection to phone was super easy. Sound quality is better than my previously. Very light on the ear too.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for my work Blackberry and Samsung Epic 4G personal cell. It always stayed connected with the BB, but would drop on and off with the Epic, regardless of distance. Sometimes had to turn the headset on and off several times to get it to reset and many times resorted to re-pairing. Would put the headset in my pants pocket when not using sometimes. Finally came apart in my pocket while riding in car after about 6 months of use. Sound quality was good when it worked. Liked the standard micro USB charging adapter. Looking for replacement headset now...will buy something different because of the twitchy multi-point.

Cons: 1) Everyone tells me it sounds like I have them on speaker phone
2) I get weird screeches and sounds sometimes and my phone is 2 feet away from me.
3) When I walk I feel the headset jiggle on my ear but that is becasue the speaker is not the type that goes in your ear canal.

Other Thoughts: I would say this compares to some of the $15 headsets I see on sale but maybe this unit has better speaker quaility

Pros: Good sound quality, I hear well, people don't complain they can't hear me. Comfortable, tried a BlueAnt for a couple of months but couldn't stand the in-ear experience (uncomfortable + inner-ear voice...like I need perfect pitch on a phone call?)

Cons: Poor range, if I walk more than 15ft from it while it's still in my vehicle it loses connection (my previous h700 would go about 50ft). Occasionally loses connection if attached to right ear while phone is in left pants pocket (never happened with the h700). Same phone, so it's not because of the device. Some static on my end of the call (unlike my H700.

Other Thoughts: Lost my H700 due to design: eventually the wires in the boom mic wear out after numerous flips, so it constantly lost and regained connection. I know this will eventually happen with my H720, but I hoped it would be as good as the H700...it's not.

Pros: Noise reduction works well.
Connects quickly and reliably to devices.
Flip the boom to turn it on/off - it won't turn on and dial someone while it's in your pocket!
Comfortable - I forget it's even there!

Other Thoughts: This is the second earpiece I have owned (the other was Motorola as well, but it couldn't quite make the cut). I have been using this one for about 8 months. I have had no problems with this model. I've used it outside and inside, while driving, while at work with lots of ambient noise; I've connected it as an audio I/O to my computer (works great for that as well). It works a lot better than I would have ever expected from such a low-cost model!

I noticed some reviewers saying that it flops around on the ear a little bit, and yes - it's true. But I have never been worried that it will fall off (unless for some reason I was to hang my head upside down and shake it).
