Pros: I bought it for use in the car, and in that regard it has worked great. I can hear quite clearly on my callers can hear me well--my wife even said that it sounds clearer than when I'm using the cell phone. I turn it off whenever I'm not in the car, so I haven't noticed a significant battery drain.

Cons: It gets really uncomfortable in the ear after a while. The hard plastic part that goes inside the ear really digs in, no matter how I arrange it. It's a bit more comfortable without the clip, but I can't use if for very long without discomfort.

Other Thoughts: The sound quality is the best I've used yet. I'm going to see if I can get some better in ear pieces.

Pros: Inexpensive - Easy to set up & operate. Have used with 2 different phones with no issues. Exceeded my expectations . Very happy with purchase.

Cons: Might just be me, but it becomes a little uncomfortable after wearing it for several hours. Negative reviews from others complaining about lack of features & rebate troubles. In my experience, most issues are due to operator error & not product quality. Samsung makes high quality items & they are a brand that I know & trust.

Other Thoughts: Nice basic headset & almost free after rebate. Received my email conformation that my rebate was on track. 5 Stars for Samsung & 10 Eggs for Newegg.

Pros: cheap

Cons: Gave a funny beep and stopped working in the middle of a call. Had been charged the night before. Won't take a charge or work. Died 30 days after ordering (not 30 days after receiving it)

Other Thoughts: guess that is why they had a rebate on it...

Pros: -Easy to connect to mobile telephone
-Very good audio quality
-Fits well with earloop
-Shiny :)

Cons: -Battery life is questionable, it seems I recharge often even when I do not use this device.
-A tad large relative to other blue tooth devices, I sometimes feel like a telemarketer when I wear this thing.

Other Thoughts: Very satisfied and comes in useful for hands-free driving!

Pros: Easy to configure, sleek and elegant design.

Cons: 1> Constant hissing sound (noise) when the device is on. Although it does not hinder while speaking or listening. This does bring out a small quality defect.
2> The over-the-ear ring is pretty rigid. Makes it a bit difficult to adjust, but still usable.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the full price listed. Its good enough, if you get it with some discounts or rebates

Pros: I've owned three bluetooth headsets and this one just works better than the others I had. It paired with my Moto phone right away, connects right away, never loses the connection, and people on the other end say they hear me fine. It's not super loud but adequate for me, and I have some hearing loss.

Cons: The plastic earclip. Be prepared to buy replacements (they are not hard to find). The stock earclip on mine lost its "grip" on the headset and would disengage with very little force. The replacements cost me about $4 for a pack of three and grip better than the original.

Other Thoughts: Considering the price a/r and the $4 extra for a few more clips, IMO this is a worthy unit.

Pros: Fairly adequate earpeice

Cons: Plan on paying the full price as Samsung does not honor their rebate requirements.

It's been over 6 months and no rebate yet. Nor is their a way to check the rebate status.
I know of several others that have had the same experience so its up to you if you want the product and want to pay the full price knowing you wont get the promised rebate.... go for it.

Other Thoughts: I would expect better from Samsung but this lackadaisical attitude has turned me away from them for life.
