Pros: easy to use, reasonably comfortable, inexpensive

Cons: seems to have mic and connectivity issues when the battery is low. one of the ear hooks broke after a couple months.

Other Thoughts: It's not perfect, but for the price there is nothing to complain about. I've used it 2+ hrs per week for several weeks and have been very happy with it overall.

Pros: Sound quality is good as well as the volume level.

Cons: 3 months in, it decides to continually drop connections with my computer and refuses to accept any input. Outputs just fine, but I guess the input must be hearing the cries of the dead or something because all anyone ever hears on their end now is static. Horrible, horrible static. I'm glad I got this for free. If I had paid for this piece of garbage I'd be more angry than I already am about this.

Pros: Sound is good and clear. Good volume controls and can be adjusted to be pretty loud in a loud place and lowered to a minimum when needed. Very good battery life. Lets you talk while the phone is charging a few rooms and a few walls away.
I gave it a 3 because of inflicted pain and the fact that without the earhooks it became unusable within a few month

Cons: Inconvenient to put on and rather painful to wear earpiece, especially at first. the ear hooks broke down where it snaps to the earpiece itself and no replacements available. The manufacturer suggested to buy a new earpiece. I will, but will be sure to make a better choice now

Other Thoughts: I think one can get used to sertain level of pain while wearing this, but the manufacturer's refusal to do anything about the flimsy earhooks that supplied with this unit is very dissappointing. I did not get anywhere with their customer "service". Will go back to my old fav brand that i am not supposed to mention in this rewew

Cons: Stopped working after just 1 use. Don't waste your money, even though its free after rebate, you are still paying taxes for nothing.

Cons: Three and a half months later no sign of rebate. Satus says "valid". Customer care phone number is only a machine with three options.

Other Thoughts: The name of the rebate company is Parago Inc. Let Samsung and NewEgg know about their business practices.

Pros: It synced right up to my cell fone out of box ( charged to full afterwards )

the real test is when I have had it for a month to see if it can withstand the real world demands of usage

Pros: Plug n' play. It's a nice gift.

Cons: I read the reviews for this product before purchase and the worst topic I noticed was dealing with the rebate so to humor myself I mailed the rebate in with delivery confirmation. I made copies of everything, including the packaging which the rebate also recommends. I delivered the rebate directly to the post office 12/31/2011 AM. The rebate was delivered 1/3/2012 PM, per tracking info. The rebate processing center shows received on 1/28/2012, per their rebate tracking site. The rebate status also showed status that UPC DOES NOT MATCH REBATE, WT*! So I called them immediately, spent nearly an hour on hold. While on hold I of course looked at my copies and sure enough they didn't match. Their rep basically pointed out what was wrong that I already noticed and said to call Newegg. I called Newegg, scanned the docs and emailed to Newegg rep. Rep said she would clear the issue. Rebate status now shows "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing". WOW!!!

Other Thoughts: In my case I was more concern in the purpose of the situation. Mail in rebates are supposed to be an incentive but I've never had an easy process with them. Summary, don't buy something based on it's rebate unless dealing with the rebate process is worth your effort!

Pros: It's a very decent item for $20, works better than my motorolla that cost $140

Cons: Got jipped on the rebate - Sent them every tag I could have, and everything on the checklist. The only thing that i got in return was a big ole "rejected" on the claim site. It's not a hard process so I'm pretty sure that I did it right, and from the looks of other reviews looks like i'm not the only one to have been swindled. It's only $20 but very lame
