Pros: It just works and sounds good. The ear buds are a nice option if you want to listent to music.

Pros: Stereo Headset has decent volume. Not so much on the unit itself..could be louder. Overall Good bang for the buck

Cons: One of the stereo headphones quit on me, so now its pretty much useless to listen to music or talking on the phone and hearing with both ears. :( Not sure if samsung will replace

Pros: It seemed like a good idea, having an A2DP headset for a good price is neat.

Cons: This device massively sucks. It constantly disconnects from my iPhone after a short amount of time (20s-2 minutes). Samsung support initially blamed the phone, but I have a WEP475 that works great with my phone, so that's totally not true. I returned it for repair once, and Samsung handled that decently, but the replacement still has the same problem. They finally said they know that their bluetooth headsets don't work well with non-Samsung phones (which is not true, I have an older Samsung headset that works fine), and pretty much support gave up on my problem. They wouldn't give me credit, they wouldn't replace for another model, they acknowledged that the headset was a problem, and basically told me to get lost. I am now demanding that my support case be escalated.

Other Thoughts: Never buying a Samsung product again if I can help it. This whole experience has really soured me on them as a company. If you have a non-Samsung device you want to connect to, I strongly recommend that you stay away from this headset.

Pros: Price and features were great and the headset came with all the accessories you may need, charger, head phone, etc.

Cons: It died on 32nd day of purchase, too late to return to the seller, so I have to deal with the warranty.

Pros: It works. Easy connection with my android phone, and the range is really good too

Cons: Audio quality is a bit lacking, comfort in ear is low, and the build quality is low

Pros: Easily the best bluetooth headset I have owned (including at least 2 that cost 5x what this one does).
MP3 playback sounds phenomenal and voice functionality is very good.

Cons: On the Asus Transformer (the only tablet I own), I have yet to get the headset mic to be recognized. The sound quality for audio playback is fantastic, but using the on board mic for Skype calls is a little clunky. This may well be a Transformer specific issue, or even a Droid issue.
I cannot hold this oddity against the headset, and still rate a full 5 eggs.

Pros: None. This has been the most disappointing headset I have owned.

Cons: I purchased this headset with high hopes and was greatly disappointed. Does not stay connected to my samsung android phone which requires you to restore the connection each time. Voice command and text to speech option works 10% of the time. Stay away from this item.

Pros: Having a stereo bluetooth headset is great. No wire to get in the way when working out or mowing the grass.

Cons: The headphone's ear piece came apart and the bluetooth unit itself stopped working. Samsung warranty support told me that because the earpiece was damaged (bad glue, shouldn't that be covered) the warranty on the entire unit is VOID. Excuse me? Because of poor craftsmanship on your part, my warranty is void? What's the point of a warranty? I will never again buy another Samsung item. I hope you won't either.
