No wire to get in the way when working out or mowing the grass. Cons: The headphone's ear piece came apart and the bluetooth unit itself stopped working. Samsung warranty support told me that because the earpiece was damaged (bad glue, shouldn't that be covered) the warranty on the entire unit is VOID. Excuse me? Because of poor craftsmanship on your part, my warranty is void? What's the point of a warranty? I will never again buy another Samsung item. I hope you won't either. Also allows for earbud headphones with no cord noise when running. Cons: Battery life when streaming music is only 4 hours and have to charge through same mini usb as the audio out. Cons: Died 5 weeks later, past Newegg return/exchange deadline. Contacted Samsung twice: first time was told they will send replacement and a return label and I'll ship back the defective unit. After waiting for 3 weeks called again to find out that I need to return defective unit first and then they'll replace it. This time return was rejected because I sent the defective unit itself without all the accessories that came with it. I did not know I was required to keep all the ear hooks that I was not going to use in order to ensure that the manufacturer stands behind their Samsung quality product. The person you are talking to can barely hear you and it sounds like you are in a tunnel. I bought this one and an LG to replace a wonderful Motorola H17 that served me well for a year but finally broke. I ended up finding a new h17 somewhere else for $20. Well worth it. I can't believe Motorola is the only one who makes a good bluetooth. I hate Motorola products because their build quality is always cheap, but they do work well usually. Battery life is really good, 4hrs of straight music listening. Cons: None that I can think of. Other Thoughts: Bought these 4 months ago and I originally started using this bluetooth with a Palm Pixi. Now I am using it on an Android phone, Motorola Triumph and this Samsung still works wonderfully. I am not into Voice Commands so I can't comment. However, receiving calls and using voice command to answer or ignore always works. Listening to music through the ear piece, included ear phones or my personal headphones sounds amazing. Other Thoughts: Tested on iPhone against Motorola 720 by switching to Samsung. Resulted in other side yelling - "Are you still there? Will play music/audio books through the mono headset (without the headphones). The headphones are comfortable. Work great when I run. Cons: Not much. I wish it had a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, so I could use my own headphones. I can't get the voice commands to work, but thats no biggie to me. Other Thoughts: I use them mostly to listen to audio books while I run. They work great for that.
