Samsung WEP490 Bluetooth Headset w/ Stand & Case & Car/Travel Charger

Pros: Pretty easy to use. Cheap to try out.

Cons: Everyone I ever talk with on it has a hard time hearing me. To audio streaming either, though I knew that at the time of purchase.

Other Thoughts: This is a decent headset if you can deal with the other party not hearing you well (just speak up).

Pros: If the ear piece is more than 1ft away from the handset; it is impossible for the other person to hear you. I've had other Samsung ear pieces with the same issue. Why don't they fix them? Horrible!

Cons: talk quality, clarity, ability to use, no good

Pros: Worked great in every way. Great price and very happy with the performance of the product for the entire week that it worked. Unfortunately, I had the same problem that someone else reported that after about a week it will not turn on. I thought maybe it was my fault and I left it on. It lights up during charging but not after you unplug it. I actually liked it so much that I bought another one for my wife. Hope I don't have the same problem with that one.

Cons: Only lasted one week. I'm very careful with my stuff so it wasn't from neglect.

Pros: Micro-USB charger is fantastic (don't need a special cable/charger stand like so many other headsets). Connects easily to my devices. Good sound quality. Nice push-button features (hold-down for auto-redial). Comes with a generic phone case (good if it fits your phone), and a generic phone stand (holds up my phone without taking up a lot of space).

Cons: Plastic earhook is a little tight on my big ears.

Other Thoughts: This is a good value even without the rebate. Name-brand unlike the cheaply-made Big-Box-Store brand headsets that end up being more expensive.

Pros: Price can't beat the price after rebate. Bought same one last year and got my rebate back. Works nicely and includes lots of accessories.

Cons: Only thing I don't like is the rubber on the ear piece it comes off easly.

Pros: sound quality, comfort, size, ease of installation

Cons: occasionally hard to hear caller, dips in sound quality, the portion that goes in your ear is on the large side.

Other Thoughts: Some people have complained about the rebate. I had no problems getting it. Made sure to have delivery confirmation when I mailed it out so they couldn't claim lost in the mail. Overall this earpiece is not perfect but it was $5 after the rebate and has survived my abuse. Just bought a second one after my husband stole mine.

Pros: sound is good, others hear me clearly,lasts hours

Other Thoughts: works as intended and is fairly comfortable

Pros: Lots of extras in the WEP490 bundle, the car charger and the micro usb charger also works with my Tilt 2 phone. Very quiet even with background conversations and tv on.
Oh, and the free 8gb sd card will also work in my cell phone. Installation was actually very quick, only a few minutes to link the bluetooth to my cell phone. Operating distance from my phone, was less than 15', with a 30% battery charge. A
nymore and the signal would break up.

Cons: need to submit two separate rebates, requires an extra stamp and enevelope, but thats a mfg. requirement.

Other Thoughts: I had a problem with the HTC Tilt 2 phone, no audio from the WEP490 bluetooth headset. Fixed by selecting the settings screen on the touchflow at the bottom of the phone screen. Select sound, ringtones, vibrating mode and system. Locate, single volumn on/off and set to off. Otherwise, if you turn down the ringer volumn you will also turn down the system volumn. The system volumn is also the bluetooth volumn. Since i used the vibrating mode, the ringer was turned all the way off. The system volumn was not displayed, you had to scroll down to see it, but it was also turned off. What a waste of time hunting for the problem.
Selected the music player before starting to have an audio source while testing. The first couple of tries at connecting the headset did not lockon, so then i double clicked the talk button. Problem solved, must have something to do with the firmware in the cell phone. To disconnect just use one click of the talk button.

Pros: Good and responsive phone..

Cons: - MINI HDMI to HDMI adapter is missing
- box is different and is from Samsung instead of AT&T (Different box and phone logo as with picture
