Pros: Looks awesome, works great. Great options for fitting in ear. Long battery life and exceptional sound.

Cons: Broke within first year. Just stopped working, wouldn't charge, nuthin.

Pros: It's very attractive and has 2 buttons and a volume rocker. it sounds good to the phone owner if a little soft.

Cons: it cuts off the end of words and is very soft on the remote end. not acceptable as a business device. at 99.99 it's too expensive for that kind of quality

Other Thoughts: I would not buy this headset. the H17 is very good and so are the Jabra units...
