It's ok, worth it if you get it on sale, don't pay full price
Pros: Easy to put on and take off. Feels very sturdy considering it's so easy to take off. Doesn't add too much bulk to the phone. Frosted back so you can still (kind of) see the Apple logo. Comes with screen protector. Since it's so easy to remove, you can easily take off the bottom half if you have lightning accessories or headphones that don't fit through the bottom cutout.
Cons: Buttons are a little stiff (but manageable.). Cutout on bottom is decently sized but might not fit all lightning accessories. A very noticeable ledge where the two halves come together. All sorts of stampings (for manufacturing date etc..) in the frosted plastic area on the back so it looks pretty ugly from the back.
Other Thoughts: It's sturdy and will protect your iPhone 5 from drops, no doubt. But with all the manufacturer stampings in the back on the clear plastic, it looks like crud. They should have stamped it in the opaque areas near the edges. Though I said the buttons are stiff, they're not impossible to use. Also, the silent switch is easily accessible. I used to have a cheap $2 case from feebay with a clear frosted back and plastic (but softer plastic) edges. The edges on that one weren't nearly as sturdy as this Otterbox, it still saved my phone from several drops. I mean, this one will definitely protect it better, but not sure if it would protect it 5x better, seeing how it was 5x the price of my old cheap one. I'll probably keep using it since I got it for a decent sale price, but there is no way in heck I'd pay more than $10 for this thing.
