Easily scratched. Other Thoughts: Bought this one sight unseen. The picture on the site isn't great so you can't really tell what it looks like. It's basically a hard plastic "shell" type case. The plastic is glossy and transperent. Since it's glossy, it'll pick up scratches fairly easily. The case sort of resembles clamshell packaging if you need something to visualize how it looks.
