1 out of 5 eggsStay away from it.

Pros: None, it didn't work.

Cons: Dead on arrival. Only the red LED would lit. Neither of the outputs would charge my phone. Tried with two different USB cables to discard they were damaged.

Other Thoughts: It's so cheap, there's no way I can return this. Will open it in order to see if it's repairable.

5 out of 5 eggsNice car charger

Pros: Small, high capacity (2.1 amp) charging is a plus. Works good for people who have a ton of different things they might want to charge in the car. Just pair it with the right kind of USB cable (also readily available here on Newegg) and you're ready to go.

Cons: None. Contrary to what some have said here, I didn't have any problems getting it in/out of the socket in the car.

2 out of 5 eggsKills WiFi signal.

Pros: Very nice case, screen protector a sweet plus. Does not make the phone look too bulky.

Cons: Only one, which is why I gave two eggs. When my iPhone 5 is in the case I have no WiFi signals in public areas. At home I have to stand 5 feet away from my router to catch a signal. It's a shame because it really is a nice case.

Other Thoughts: Will write to the company and attempt to get credit towards another case or a refund.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks great, but fits too tightly in power port

Pros: Works great when you and a loved one both want to charge your phones on the go but only have one power port available. We've tried both USB ports simultaneously and it charges our phones just as quickly as a standard 1 port adapter.

Cons: This adapter fits into the power socket very snuggly. It has only about 1/4 of an inch of lip on two sides with which to extract it. If your socket is hard to get to (like inside an armrest storage area) or has other stuff next to it that would keep you from getting your fingers around the lip, that will make it exceedingly hard to extract when you're done.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes what it says on the tin

Pros: It's a charger. It's cheap. It fits 2 USB cables. It lights up.

Cons: It is definitely large. It fits in my Nissan Frontier just fine, but in my dad's Mercury Sable, it is quite difficult to remove. There is definitely substance to this criticism.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not waste the money

Pros: 2 USB ports.

Cons: They are so short they are flush with the auto's power jack and difficult to remove.
Most cars will feed power to this device and run down the car battery power.
The only way to see if there is power is a red led inside. Howerver, once you put the USB in the port you cannot see if power is on and the car battery will drain.

Other Thoughts: They could not give one more inch of plastic to make it easier to remove? What would the added cost be 5 or 6 cents.

2 out of 5 eggsNot as advertised

Pros: It works (slowly), looks good, and it's small.

Cons: I have two of these and they charge Android devices VERY slowly. It's definitely slower than an average .5 amp charger. I shorted the center pins on one of the chargers, so it would be recognized as an AC charger, but there was no difference in charge rate. The phones see it as an AC charger now, but there is a clear limitation of charge rate. I previously had a Scythe 1 amp charger that would run circles around this charger, and it was not modded.

Other Thoughts: Some people's reviews here claim they are getting the full amp. They must be mistaken. Maybe they assume that since they modded it, it would charge at a full amp, but this unit cant even achieve a half amp, so the mod will make no difference.

This will keep the average android device from going dead in your car while you are using GPS navigation, but the charge is VERY slow. If you want the full amp, I recommend rolling the dice on another charger.

4 out of 5 eggsCheap and works with HTC EVO LTE

Pros: Works well with me new phone.

Cons: Will not output enough power to fully power a tablet or motorola Photon 4G

Other Thoughts: Some phones might take forever or may not even power up at all. Chekc specs with the charger output of stock charger.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Never owned a USB Auto Charger, but this does it's job great! It's slim and compact so it fits in my the port flush and takes up little space. The dual aspect is extremely useful for when I'm traveling with my Nook & Phone or if I have more than one person wanting to charge their phone in my car. And with the rebate offered at purchase it was crazy cheap.

Cons: None (Except maybe I could the charge being so small that it could get lost easily if you had a very messy car)
