PSN 4/5/2013 2:16:00 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 2/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 1/5Angry does not work on Win7 or Win8 Pros: none Cons: Installed and rebooted several times, but no luck getting deviced discoverd or paired on Win 7 64bit. Tried on my Win 8 64bit notebook and got a message that installation did not succeed and software is incompatible, although I was able to pair with my galaxy note 2. The troubleshooting software that acocompanies this product asks you to upload your report to a file server... lol. Have they not heard of email? Other Thoughts: I really don't have time to troubleshoot, nor to I have original packaging, so can't RMA. it will probably end up in the garbage can. Paired a set of Kinivo behind the neck headset very easilly. Was able to go outside about 25-ft and through 2 walls. Cons: None I can find Other Thoughts: Installed in a Win-7 x64 System.
