Could have been one more dang penny!

Pros: Does a solid job of recharging my LG Optimus Regard (Android 4.0.4) and does so fairly quickly when the screen's off.

Does charge my Nexus 7 tablet slowly also. I haven't managed to deplete it to less than 15% to test if it will fully charge it, though. Did get it to charge from ~65% to 100%.

Cons: For the price I paid ($19.99, not counting rebate) I don't see any.

However, I'd need a better indicator of remaining charge in this device to give it 5 eggs.

Other Thoughts: It powers my Raspberry Pi mini computer but lifetime varies a bit (peripherals like a Wireless 802.11n dongle can make a huge impact).

I think as a battery designed specifically to charge batteries, what it does best, is to recharge my phone. I can manage if my tablet dies, I'm happy with the product as long as I can fully recharge my phone.

Pros: Charges well and quickly, holds charge well (little self discharge). I like it.

Cons: It's pink. Not too much of a con at the price.

Other Thoughts: I use this to run an LED camping light. Will run light longer (about 5 1/2 hours) than the 6 volt gel cell that came with it. The gel cell went bad quickly, probably due to poor quality charger included with it. This is lighter and quicker and easier to recharge, better all the way around.

Pros: Charged my phone to 50%
Good for those long days where you just need a bit more.
Maybe worth the 4.99 after rebate, not the full price.

Cons: Only charged my phone 50% before it shut off.
Will not charge you device multiple times, or even once all the way (at least not a MB885).

Other Thoughts: Great idea. Two days ago, I charged it for several hours using my computer. The blinking red (not blue like the directions say) increment like it is filling up during the charge process. After a couple hours all 4 LED's stayed lit continuously indicating full charge.

Today my phone got down to 5% so I pulled this out for it's maiden voyage. That was about 4:30. It is now 9 pm, my phone has 50% battery charge and the IOGEAR Pocket Power will no longer charge it (I tried, 2 LED's blink for a bit then it shuts off and my phone shows it is no longer charging)

Please check the charger rating of your device. If your device came with a .5A charger, the GMP1001PP should be compatible. If your device came with a 1A charger like the Samsung Galaxy SIII or iPhone, it will likely still charge with the GMP1001PP however it may not charge your devise to full capacity. Some devices like a few of the Motorola models however, require more than .6A to turn on the device’s charging notification, so while many of these devices will still charge, they do not display a charging indication. Other Thoughts: I was happy with GMP4400PP, a higher capacity IOGEAR battery, so I had high hopes for this smaller cousin. I charged it fully, according to instructions, and when it filled I plugged in my Palm Pixi. I got the charging symbol which stayed on for less than a minute. My wife's Incredible 2 failed to charge at all, my Pixi indicates charging briefly but then drops out.
It doesn't matter how small or cheap this may be, it does not work.

Cons: doesn't work. Won't charge my iPhone or my iPad2. Too bad I didn't read the reviews until after I bought it. I read the replies to the reviews from the company and if it doesn't work with the iPhone, it shouldn't be listed as working on the description (and on the Iomega website). Also doesn't work with my iPad (and yes, I did push the button). It lights up and is fully charged, but my iPad says "not charging"

Pros: Concept of portable charger is cute. It does charge my cell phone. Multiple pins are received with packet for multiple device- cell phone-mp 3 players etc

Cons: It does charge my cell phone but some times, all of sudden charging stops in between. If charging stops after my cell phone is fully charged, that is okay and it should be like that but charging stops before cell phone battery is fully charged. Company has claimed that it can charge multiple device, but it failed to charge my IPAD 1.

Other Thoughts: Internal batter of that IOGEAR charger should be more powerful that what it is otherwise it will not charge all devices. I am charging my Samsung exhibit and other android phone but due to limitation of internal battery[ which is small in term of capacity] It fails to charge larger device like IPAD 1 or my Acer 7" tablet.

Pros: Pretty Color LOL

Cons: Does not work!
I eventually figured out it will work for a few minutes if you keep pressure on the connector. Very inconvenient and even that only gives you a few minutes of charging. Certainly not enough to make it a usable product.

Pros: very small and lots of versatility with numerous connection adapters. 2 stars because of the connector versatility. But almost useless. I also have competitors and they are much better.

Cons: Very weak. Fails to charge my IPHONE. No idicator to tell you when you hvae the battery activated for charging your phone. Poor instructions.
