Pros: Great product, charges my phone somewhat faster than the AC charger :)
but doesn't last for 2 complete charges for my Desire HD with a 1230 mah battery.

The original packaging did not come with a MicroUSB Tip as advertised, but after reading some reviews I emailed them and they shipped one free of charge !

Cons: too bright status LEDs, Would be great if it lasted two complete charge cycles.

Pros: Good unit. Charges my EVO to a full charge

Cons: When I realized that it had no micro USB I called IOGEAR. They gave me a ridiculous story that the tips they sent were the most common and that they couldn't supply all tips. They wanted to charge $8.00 for the product plus shipping(another $7.00). Newegg came thru for the price of the product, but I had to pay shipping.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the effort that was put into it.

Pros: It's good extra battery power for camping, hiking , emergencies ect. Charges a sansa fuse over 2x for 72 hours total usage time including the initial charge. does a complete charge on a droid incredible ( if you use a battery/charge management software) . can charge a phone while using the phone.

Cons: no micro usb adapter. Clearly the one of the most popular ports now but no adapter supplied you can use the female usb as a work around but that tip is terrible at making a good connection and has sharp edges so isn't convenient to carry. except in the lint gathering bag provided .

Other Thoughts: no micro usb adapter drops it from a 5 star device. was going to buy another one even with the lack of a micro usb tip but found a better alternative from a competitor

Pros: Small, nice sack to carry it in.

Cons: The micro connector needed for droid is not included, however in another review I read that customer support would ship them to you for free upon request.
The first time I requested it, they told me the part was out of stock. The second time I requested it they told me they were no longer giving them out for free. Now I don't know if I even want to bother buying the piece.

Standard US Ground Shipping: $8.74
Grand Total: $16.69

I would pay for the piece with free shipping, or pay the shipping if they wanted to give me the piece, but $16.69 seems like a lot to pay for a connector that really should have been included in the first place.

Pros: Compact. Charges quickly.

Cons: I received my IOGEAR Gear Power but it did not have a USB micro adapter. I called IOGEAR an asked them to send me one. At first they said they did not have it in stock, then they said that they would have to charge $7.95 plus shipping for the adapter. Make sure that it has the adapter that you need. Does not come with an A/C adapter. Must charge with a USB port.

Other Thoughts: Other reviews have said that IOGEAR would send the adapters no charge. Aparently that policy has changed.

Pros: Looks pretty cool. nice bright LED's to show the battery status. Can fully charge my phone and half charge my ipod on a single go. Worth the $10 to have laying around.

Cons: none

Pros: Very small in size for the amount of output! Did not come with the tip for micro usb connection, but an email to customer service and they had me one in 3 days, and it was free! Works perfectly.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I can't believe that customer service got me the micro usb adapter so quickly, I will buy from again based on just that service!

Pros: Great device, does what it says it does. Easy to use and extremely compact.

Cons: The tips included are next to useless as has been said before. The USB connector is perhaps the only one that I will ever use. Definitely not good for it to be missing a micro USB connector since it is one of the most common ports on mobile devices at this time. As other feedback has pointed out the tip is available (GMPT004MU) however there is no place to purchase it on their website. When I tried to contact IOGear as was suggested by other feedback, I merely got a scripted response to visit the website )which I had already done. Their phone support was not help at all, and only offered to give be an RMA to return the device. I also tried their online chat support and sat awaiting an answer. I gave it a half hour after I was being helped by "Iogear6" and I never received a response other than the first scripted "tell me your model number and os" .

Other Thoughts: Good device, poor tip selection, and terrible service.

Pros: Purchased two to keep devices powered over long trips. Used cable and plug-in from i-phone for needed connections. Both devices charged initially. The first device worked exactly as expected. The second device appeared to have charged once and then was DOA.

Cons: One of two devices did not work at all. Spouse discarded boxes so I think I'm stuck with a worthless piece of equipment.

Other Thoughts: The device that stayed charged worked well. Able to recharge and it used to keep other devices powered up. My rating is an average. One device is 5 star and the other is 1 star.

Pros: I got this mainly to help keep my iPod Touch charged either during public transportation or weekend classes. I use it for taking notes. Being out the whole day I might forget to charge the iPod at night for the next day, or its battery life may have been consumed on the way back. This device is small enough to fit in a jacket pocket or something.

Cons: Can't really think of any cons, asides from not really being very conscious of how much battery life the charger itself has. If you weren't mindful of charging the original device, what of your backup? Incidents of it surprisingly being out of juice at critical times has happened.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's been really convenient. Would've been nice to have 1 or 2 other connectors to help with other peoples' smart phones/devices, but asides from that for the cost it's been worth the convenience.
