It would shake if you didn't have it so that it rested on the dash. Shakes more in my Pontiac vibe then in my cavalier. Cons: The plastic wings that hold the phone broke, maybe from being in the sun or just cheap plastic. Other Thoughts: I have a dash mount suction cup mount now. Seem pretty good. I've had good results with that; there's some vibration, but it's hardly objectionable. Cons: Gooseneck mounting arm isn't anything special. Did you find this review helpful? And one base that attaches to both of them, is smart work. Cons: Bad bad plastic. The base that holds the phone broke in just 2 weeks. The clamp that holds the phone broke at one of its spring and the whole side clamp came apart. There's plastic and spring and a lot of taking off and putting on. Add add, it's a perfect recipe for disaster! Other Thoughts: I loved it as long as it worked. Now I doubt the quality of it and the discount behind it. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Easy to place on your windshield and very sturdy. If you are second guessing buying, just do it. Fits my iPhone 4 w/case no problem. Cons: None really. Cons: All plastic so it is a bit flimsy looking but seems like it should be durable enough if you are careful with it. Other Thoughts: Found this when googling for car mounts for my Evo 4G. It fits the Evo fine with or without my TPU case (It is a better fit without the case though). Even though it only says it fits iPhone and iPods, it should fit a variety of phones with similar dimensions.
