Inexpensive and has battery level indicator. Cons: Only chrges internal batteries to 50% capacity on solar alone. Need to plug into A/C to get internal batteries up to 100%. However, in a pinch 50% charge has always been enough for emergency needs. I have charged mine up to 100% on A/C and let it sit for a month, still shows 100% charge holding on internal batteries! Other Thoughts: Good solar emergency charger option for the money IMO. helios 10/22/2011 6:16:08 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 2/5weak for charging a kindle Pros: * easy to use * LED light nice bonus * lightweight * lithium battery for keeping charge * pocket sized Cons: * can only charge to 50% using solar source * only charges kindle for 15 minutes before empty on solar * small solar surface means slow to charge (6 hours) Other Thoughts: I purchased the revive for charging my kindle on a trip where I may have no access to electricity. Field testing it before my journey indicates that the device on full solar charge (50% capacity) only charges my kindle for a measly 15 minutes. I estimate around six full solar charges to charge a kindle from completely empty to completely full. Since the revive takes about six hours to charge to 50% on sunlight (its max capacity from a solar charge) that would take 36 hours of sunlight to get the kindle charged to full. Obviously that's not really acceptable. The claim of the device is that it's able to charge a kindle. While technically true, I find it misleading. 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful.
