oem phones are better

Pros: They are compatible with my iPhone and most others are not. Thy have a good battery life. They fit in a cargo pocket.

Cons: They are uncomfortable, hard to fit, and awkward to wear. I am told by people I call that i sound like i am under water. The bass boost function makes them crackle. They sometimes they intermittently disconnect and reconnect regardless of distance to phone. Of coarse the track forward backward function wont work but I think that is apples fault.

Other Thoughts: I usually use apple oem headphones to chat while i work. The first time I used the 906's my girlfriend told me she couldn't hear me so never really used them talk other than in an emergency. In fact my apple headphones went through the washing machine and still work better for talking on the phone. The only redeeming quality they have is the continence of them being wireless, however they haven't been working to well at that anymore. I called Altec Lansing's tech support when I started writing this review 25 minutes ago and I am still on hold...I wonder if they will replace them.

Poor Call Quality

Pros: Looks decent. Sounds good on my end.

Cons: I use it paired with my iPhone 3GS. I sound terrible to people I call. I sound muffled and garbled. I tested this also by calling a voicemail box to replay myself. It sounds terrible.

Cons: Ear piece is oddly shaped and never fit as desired.
Headphones failed to pair up with ipod adapter after only one day!
