4 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: Update to Average review - emailed customer service asking where to buy ear hooks - they sent me a package of hooks and ear pieces - no charge. Service was outstanding so I upgrade them to good for that reason.

Cons: See my average review

3 out of 5 eggsNot the best

Pros: I like how it charges off of any blackberry charger I have with a mini b connection. Stand by time is not bad.

Cons: Sound quality is poor regardless if I am outside or inside a quiet room. I have to keep pushing it or holding it inside my ear to actually hear someone. And forget about the clip they supply to hold it on your ear. It detaches easily from the unit and I lost the (2) they supplied in one month. Good luck finding replacements.

Other Thoughts: Knowing what I know now, I would probably take a pass on this unit.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor, very poor

Pros: Small and Lightweight

Cons: Despite seeing good technical reviews of this product compared to other noise canceling headsets, I can not agree with them. The person I am talking to sounds like they are talking over a tin can, and they complain of background noise. To add to the issue, there is no way I can get it to fit properly. It pops out of my ear and falls off my head. No combination of loops or ear buds works for me. Item is also non-returnable so beware.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor quality

Pros: Small, light.

Cons: Poor build quality, particularly the primary control button, and the ear loops. Microphone quit working within two weeks of delivery -- obvious loose conection. Poor noise reduction.

Other Thoughts: Paired with a Samsung Blackjack. Online reviews said linking and quality were good.

You do not always get what you pay for.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: the sound quality and noise reduction are great. i tested it out by calling my wife from the down stairs bathroom and flushing the toilet ,she couldn't hear a thing except my voice no background noise or flusing ! it connects quickly with no hassle.

Cons: it's almost too light and the ear hooks doesn't work well around the ear,it doesn't secure the earpiece. the multi function button is very inconveniently placed if the unit is in the right ear,you must also learn the tone variations as well as how hard to press the multi function button in order to navigate your menue

Other Thoughts: better main button placement and more secure ear hook and bud. the overall quality and performance out weights the minor irritations you may encounter !

4 out of 5 eggsDoes what it's supposed to do

Pros: Very small, background noise reduction feature works quite well. Charging via standard mini-B USB connector is quite convenient.

Cons: Ear clip doesn't really work -- at least on my ears. However, the rubber ear pieces hold it in well enough that I don't need the ear clip.

Other Thoughts: The unit uses short and long button presses to perform various functions, and these definitely take a little getting used to -- feedback is given as various tones or tone sequences (e.g., low-mid-high or mid-high-low, etc.). This takes some time to learn -- it seems as though adding another button or two could have made this simpler.
