Pros: Oustanding! I bought one and I'm using it with my iPhone SIM card. You need to make these changes in AT&T connection manager or Globetrotter to make it work:
Access Point Name: wap.cingular
Username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1

Cons: Not as fast as I expected.

Do your homework first

Pros: I looked at this item from a variety of vendors for about two months. I missed the way way marked down price but was happy enough at $40. Since I spent so much time reading reviews I knew what to expect. I downloaded and installed the software from Option and had all the settings saved out of my Blackberry. I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Strong signal - no problems at all.

Cons: I feel bad about not giving AT&T $1440 for two years of service - I will get over it.

Other Thoughts: P poor planning often leads to unsuccessful results....

Better Than USB Dongles

Pros: Cheap
Can Use Existing ATT SIM card
Feels like better reception than USB Dongle

Cons: DO Not Use Egg Saver Shipping
Must get Drivers from option web site (hard to find)

Other Thoughts: I ordered second one - since the first card was
great- but I made the mistake of using Egg Saver shipping. I live less than 10 min from Edison NJ - and usually get stuff in a day or two. Not this time. The latest status I have is that DHL "tendered" my order to USPS and 3+ days later there is no shipping date. BEWARE!
