5 out of 5 eggslove this brand

Pros: This little gadget works great no problem paring to my phone the sound is crystal clear.

Cons: I wish it had independent up and down volume controls like the model before, instead it has one button volume control. Not a big deal just convienent

Other Thoughts: Just placed an order for another. One for each car!

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth any amount of money...

Pros: Slim lightweight design and long battery life.

Cons: Sound quality is non-existent!!! I have owned the Jabra BT250 and the BT500 in the past and this one does not even come close. The audio is muffled to the point of being almost unintelligible and I have to constantly repeat myself to be understood by my calling parties. It also doesn't fit my ear as well as the previous models did so wearing it for prolonged periods is uncomfortable.

Other Thoughts: I cannot believe that Jabra even considered putting this model on the market with their name on it... I have come to expect a lot more from them based on my past experiences with their products. In my opinion, it's not worth any amount of money so buy something else and don't be tempted by the low price - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

1 out of 5 eggsMuffled and w/o noise reduction

Pros: Comfortable but then again, I'm used to behind the ear sets.

Cons: -Poor noise reduction and sound quality.
-People comment that it's ugly and looks like a hearing aide.
-The button setup and use is the worst I've ever seen.
-Was suppose to come with cd manual, which was missing from it's sealed package.

Speaking to someone while driving, they insist I have them on speakerphone. I also tested this by leaving myself a voicemail on my work phone. I sounded muffled.

Other Thoughts: Urgh, I paid $39.99 for this as a electronic 'shack' company that had it on sale. I'm seeing it cheaper everywhere else. It will be returned. I've always had good luck with plantronics, shame on me for trying a different company.

2 out of 5 eggsNot so good

Pros: Nice fit, low cost

Cons: Low volume, noise complaints, poor signal reception

Other Thoughts: This product has problem with ear fits with users with larger ears. It fits better on smaller ears, with better volume since it fits right into the ear hole. But still the volume is too low to hear the caller voice, and caller compains of static noise, unless you have your phone within bluetooth range which is only few feet away.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage!

Pros: It was cheap, and if it worked I would like the fit.

Cons: I don't know if the unit I got was defective, but it simply will not hang up my phone. I have a bulkier Motorola device that works fine, but this one puts the caller on hold. Then after a while it stops working all together. I will not buy another Jabra product.

1 out of 5 eggsDo Not Buy

Pros: Very comfortable

Cons: It simply doesn't work for a phone it is compatible for. I bought it as a gift for fathers day for an LG VX9900 phone, which is on the compatible list for this device on Jabra's website. It was delivered 2 days later than the scheduled date, and is too static ridden to use. The range is around 3 inches. Now it's costing me an additional 10 bucks to RMA.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks Great With the PS3, however

Pros: Works well with the PS3, long battery life is great, easy to pair to the ps3

Cons: Very low volume, I had to revert back to my USB headset because it wasn't loud enough to make out what people were saying.

3 out of 5 eggsDisappointment

Pros: Easy to pair with both Motorola and Samsung phones. I love how it is almost invisible when worn, unlike thoses that make you look like a "borg" with something growing out of your ear. Even wearing glasses with this style is really not a problem. The pricing is appropriate for this bluetooth. As always, Newegg delivered this in record time and in prime condition. It also has no delay in the call answer time. 5 stars for these features.

Cons: I previously owned a Jabra BT500 which I absolutely loved, but lost recently. Unfortunately it is no longer available on Newegg. I am so disappointed in the sound quality of the BT 2020, compared to my BT500. This is like being 10' away on a speaker phone 10', in a tiled bathroom no less, not to mention the static. It was no better while holding the phone in one hand and the bluetooth in the other, first with a Samsung and then a Motorola. I also received calls from both the Motorola and Samsung, as well as my home phone. Regrettably I will be returning this immediately and continnue hunting for another replacement. Only 2 stars for these issues.

Other Thoughts: I did find a BT500 on another website, but really wish I could get it from Newegg. Their service and pricing is absolutely the best. I guess I'm just going to have to bite the 15% restock fee. I would try the BT5020 but alas it is also not available. No other product available here fits what I want this time. 2 star disappointment here, with the overall average being 3 stars

3 out of 5 eggsJabra, just so-so

Pros: Slim design, fits well.

Cons: weak signal strength, staticy audio even when near device. You'd think a device that only has to maintain a wireless connection a few feet from it's source device would have better signal quality.

Other Thoughts: It's cheap, it works (for all intents and purposes). If you're not looking for much, look no further.
