5 out of 5 eggsWorks Perfectly

Pros: 9.99 with free shipping during a sale, isolates noise incredibly well, sounds better than my Storm's default headset that one of my cats broke. I was only two days removed from the broken headset, so I compared these with my mother's included headset for her Storm. The sound quality is superior in this set, and the microphone is positioned in a better place to make calls.

Cons: The button attached to the microphone will start your "now playing" application even if you just want to start a call, the original headset was better in that regard. Though at least people can hear me now when I'm wearing a jacket.

Other Thoughts: I don't think tech knowledge really applies to headsets, but my knowledge of them is lower than computer parts.

3 out of 5 eggsMediocre

Pros: Handy for playing music and taking calls.
They still work, so far...

Cons: Doesn't seem to handle heavy use very well.
- the Y part is starting to separate
- One of the bud casings came apart twice, but they snapped back ok.
- the mic/button part kinda flops around and the included clip can get lost easily.
- the short depth of the earpiece make it difficult to get a decent seal in the ears, thus reducing the sound quality and the outside sound isolation.

Other Thoughts: I had to do a little research to see if this was compatible with my Motorola Krave ZN4, and it is compatible.

I don't take a lot of phone calls, so the mic quality is hard to judge.

Compared to my other regular, yet very similar headphones (Puchased from Newegg of course,) these don't seem nearly as good.

3 out of 5 eggsWas great until . . . .

Pros: This fits your ear really snugly and is great for working out and listening to music or talking on the phone, the microphone is in just the right place. I loved this headset until it broke.

Cons: About a month into owning it, the Y part of the headset separated, and I took good care of it. Now I can only hear out of one ear- so I use it to talk on the phone while driving, and have purchased another (different brand) headset for working out. Don't think this is very durable.

2 out of 5 eggsWeird Fit

Pros: Great price.

Cons: This headset requires that i shove it into my ear. Since the my ear canal is not that large I can't get a snug fit. If I use it while walking it will just drop out of my ear. If I use it while driving or stationary it will stay in my ear.

Other Thoughts: I don't think my ear is that small, but the design of the ear piece is just a little strange.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Headset

Pros: This Headset is a great one and very Ccear which isolates the noise. I like that the microphone is along the ear left side ear piece so it is closer to your mouth.

Cons: Nothing much I can think of it.

4 out of 5 eggsCheap and works.

Pros: -Cheap: only $12.99 shipped.

-Fast ship: delivered in 3 days.

-Works for my phone: HTC Touch Pro 2 (Sprint CDMA version).

-Sound quality: using the mp3 player on my phone the sound quality is pretty good not amazing but decent. Not as good as $40 Sennheiser/Sony earbuds I own, but they don't have a mic.

-Comfortable: the ear buds are pretty comfortable and are quite comparable to $40 Sennheisers and Sony ear buds in comfort.

-Styling: I like the mostly black with silver trim.

Cons: Sound very loud: I have to have my volume setting set to the lowest possible otherwise the sound is too loud (in a quiet room). The caller on the other end is also VERY loud even with the lowest volume setting.

The button doesn't seem to control my phone's music player.

"Y" type cord: I personally like the non-symmetrical style ear buds (one cord longer than the other and is supposed to be draped around your neck) because I can quickly pull out the ear buds and hang them around my neck . But I can live with the "Y" type cord for these because there is a lapel clip so I can clip the headphones to the collar of my shirt.

Mic is kind of big (not too heavy though so it does NOT pull the ear bud out of your ear).

Other Thoughts: On HTC Touch Pro 2 (Sprint CDMA version) from any application a double click of the button on the mic calls the last phone number you called. While in the phone application a single click calls the last person you called. One click when there is an incoming call answers. One hold and release of the button when on a call hangs up. One hold and release of the button when in any program activates my phones voice command. Aside from that the button doesn't do anything else for my phone.

The sound isolation is okay, not great, but I don't really case about that.

BOTTOM LINE: if you want a cheap pair of ear buds that you can also use to make calls get this. The sound quality is bearable and you can

1 out of 5 eggsNot happy with headset

Pros: None.

Cons: I bought this headset to replace the original headset that came with my Blackberry Storm. These sound terrible. Low volume and tinny sound make them unbearable. I am returning them. I would not recommend any one to buy these regardless of the cost savings.

Other Thoughts: I was really disappointed with this headset. The original headset that came with my Storm were surprisingly good. Too bad I lost them. I was hoping these would sound as good as the pair I got with me Storm.
