Nick 2/13/2013 2:23:54 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5 Pros: Easy setup Cons: Headset has very poor battery life, I have to charge every two hours even if you don't use, if You use device with Cisco IP Communicatorand if you remove USB 320 and if reconnect, there is no audio in headset, in order to work agin you need to exit Cisco IP communicator and start again. My main concern is very poor battery life in extreme headset. Other Thoughts: I am returning this back to Newegg as defective for the replacement, one thing I don't like with Newegg is: for defective parts you have to pay shipping. It works great calls are nice and clear and mic picks my voice up great. Pairing is simple and easy to the Bluetooth on my laptop. Works great on my Mobile also. Average talk time on a busy day of calls is about 5 hours. Cons: The USB adapter that came with it is the size of a normal flash drive, gets in the way on my desk. Also when using USB adapter calls sound like garbage. Adapter no longer is recognized by any machine I plug it into. Other Thoughts: The Headset works great, came with a few extra ear pieces and a usb car adapter/charger. the usb adapter is garbage but if you already have a Bluetooth enabled laptop or another Bluetooth adapter it will work fine. great headset! 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
