Here we have a nice little phone for the home. The Panasonic KXTS620W gives you all the features you need today. Caller ID, digital voice mail, and speakerphone capability make sure you’re not left behind in the last century.
Terrible quality. Lemon. Panasonic = low quality to me.
Pros: I like the functions.
Cons: LCD display went bad less a year after use. Got a warranty replacement (a used one). It went bad again in several months. This is a common problem for the phone. Avoid Panasonic. Lemon.
Other Thoughts: I won't buy Panasonic.

Pros: When the phone works, it works well. Clear sound, easy controls, big buttons and big LCD screen.
Cons: Not a backlit LCD screen. For some reason, every now and then, the phone freezes up and you get no dial tone and none of the buttons work. Phone must be physically unplugged from both phone line ane the black power box. This resets it and the phone will work fine for anywhere form a few hours to a few days, then the cycle begins again. Panasonic says to return it for a "reconditioned" product. Shipping is almost half of what the phone cost and you are without a phone for 3 weeks.
Other Thoughts: Too bad. I have had great products and service from Panasonic in the past. Its really hard to find a CORDED telephone with caller ID and an answering system. Not sure why other manufacturers have given up on the corded phone as where I live, there can be power outages for long periods of time and only a corded phone can give reliable service in emergencies.

Pros: large numerals. sound quality is fine. recording capability is fine. speakerphone. handsome design.
Cons: lcd went bad after less than one year. no internal battery so the settings get lost after power failure. panasonic support telephone line -i guess it's in (censored country full of brown people with red dots)- is awful. its so tinny it's hard to hear anything. the product return center address keeps changing so i don't know how to get item fixed under warranty.
Other Thoughts: panasonic used to be a high quality name. it seems all answering machines these days last about one year before they fail.
