Pros: Sound quality and options on this phone are great for the price. Menus are fairly intuitive. Handsets are sleek, well designed, and comfortable to use.
Cons: Range isn't quite as good as I would like it to be. Don't expect to walk around your back yard with these. They are certainly fine for normal in-home use.
Other Thoughts: Given that I have a lot of electronics in my home, it was important for me to find a DECT set, since my last cordless phone suffered from a great deal of interference. The moment I plugged this in, that problem disappeared.

Pros: This is an EXCELLENT phone system. The most important thing that one needs in a phone is good, clear sound. And this phone is tops! Exceptionally clear vocal quality. Especially if you have hearing issues. And very good clarity during message playback. As far as features go, I like those too. The phonebook is easy to setup and access. Well arranged and easy to use menu system, intercom capabilities if needed and good battery life with a nice, inobtrusive charger for the second unit. I highly recommend this phone.
Cons: There may be people out there that may think something else may be better. But I have no issues with this one.

Pros: I own a three-handset version in my home, just bought this one for the office. I'm writing this because user Hobbes wrote in his review that you can't record your own message. You can. It would kind of suck if you couldn't, and I didn't want any of you eggers to think you can't. From the manual:
Greeting message When the unit answers a call, callers are greeted by a greeting message. You can record your own greeting message or use a prerecorded greeting message.
Cons: None. BTW, I can use one from house in my office which is 150' away.

Pros: Latest encryption. Does not use the WiFi band, so interference is impossible. Remote handset's are a handy thing.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: This unit replaced an older Panasonic that operated at 2.4 GHz. It did interfere with my local wireless 802.11 b/g network whenever the phone would ring. But, this new unit does not interfere. I'm a happy camper!
